I waited in the drive through line way too long it was just after 3pm when I finally got to where I ordered the employee said something I begin to say my order when he snapped at me " I said hold on a minute!!"
I couldn't believe an employee just yelled at me for not hearing him it was completely uncalled for there were 2 car ahead of me & no one inside the store. I just left things are way to expensive & to many other choices to be acting like that.
This place gave me an order I didn’t order causing my kids to have an allergic reaction also this place is unsafe unsanitary and disgusting will be calling the health department tomorrow manager April seems very high and under the influence and the man at the window tried to use intimidation tactics which is sooo unprofessional will be contacting bbb with my concerns
I ordered a meal and got a side of attitude and rudeness from the morning cashier. Can’t even ask a question without her being offended. 3rd time this happened. I’ll go back to McDonalds from now on. Why have an attitude towards a customer you don’t even know. And I agree with the other reviewers. They have you pull up to the window then back up behind the window then pull back up. Every single time.
They prepare food and clean at the same time. As in they do NOT wash their hands in between. I watched this man scoop up food with the nugget container, sweep, then right after continue to prepare more orders and dump trash from the dustpan right next to the orders being made. There were enough people in there that he didn’t need to do both. Even if there weren’t, that is disgusting. Picking up trash from the floor and barehanded making food. Not ONCE washing hands.
Manager was telling the cashier I had to pay AGAIN for sauce After I Paid for them online! The Manger was RUDE & AGGRESSIVE!!!
The inside atmosphere was so Thick with attitudes and anger!!!
I have been in this wendys three times.Three strikes your out! Thought it would b a great addition to the neighborhood to give more options. Not. The employees are rude and don't care. Foo is always cold! And don't have a coupon. Forget it
the most horrific fast food experience. they gave me burnt bacon, forgot my dressing for my salad and even had old lettuce in it, cold fries and to top it all off they didn’t even hand me my food through the window but they made me go inside ??? do not go here ! you can be the nicest person and they give you the worst attitude for no reason … ????♀️
Do not come here. One of my kids got a chicken sandwich and he was complaining the chicken was very chewy. So I checked and the chicken was literally raw! I’m glad I checked other wise my son would’ve gotten sick! Disgusting..
