I won't order here again!!!!! I ordered 2 goast pepper chicken sandwich meals which comes with fries and they gave me 2 regular chicken Patty's and no fries.!!! I turned around down the road went back to the window they locked it and they ignored me when I knocked on it!!!! Terrible service!! Will never order here again this is the second time they have medds up my order!!! You have one job and can't even do it!!! So I paid 22.95$ for 2 chicken Patty's and 2 large drinks!!!
Drive through experience was terrible. Waited at the menu for 15 minutes and not a single person asked for our order. If you’re going to stay open until 11 then you should probably have better customer service .
I ordered a Dave's double, wasn't paying attention to eating it really. After I was half done with it I realized it was still raw looking. Ya I quit eating, took pics incase I got sick. On my way out told one worker that was on lunch to pay attention to her burger ???? she hadn't touched yet. And showed her mine that was raw.
sometimes i ask myself: “lili, what makes a good burger? what really DEFINES a good wendy’s. why would i go here instead of the 706 other wendy’s in ohio…” and today i got my answer. i arrived at exactly 17:34 with my humble toyota car and went straight back out at 17:44. precision, friendliness, AMBITION! that’s how i would describe the wendy’s in carrollton. the food? immaculate. i never thought i could eat something called the triple baconator (3 patty 3 cheese bacon on top of each patty) completely guilt free. absolutely devoured it like there was no tomorrow. the lovely cashier (a 21 year old white woman that looks like the type to listen to taylor swift) at the register even went to my table to offer me the finest wet tissues ‘murica had to offer, it was such a patriotic experience. they got me through my stomach and they got me good. crisp and flavorful fries and fresh caesar salad that makes me feel like i’ve truly “veni vidi vici” i almost began to sing the the star spangled banner. i’m getting a little emotional just thinking about this. can’t help it, matey, am just a fella that loves me a good burger. peace out fam
I use to work at a Wendy's, I know what should and shouldn't happen. I ordered a parmesan Ceasar salad with ranch instead of Ceasar and added bacon to it. Not only did my salad have barely any lettuce, it also didn't come with bacon even though I paid extra for it. Not to mention I ordered a bacon and cheese potato with sour cream. I got the sour cream.. but I got a Chive potato instead! This isn't the first time the night shift has messed up my order either. I don't expect perfection but I've worked at Wendy's before and I was a manager. I know accidents happen but this wasn't an accident, I watched the two young men read the screen multiple times and still messed up the order. I'm done ordering from here. This is ridiculous, tonight was the last straw. Honestly save your money and order anywhere else! This Wendy's absolutely sucks! And I'm not the only one who has had this experience.
Employees have Nasty Mouths. It's like a bunch of kids in a group that just learned the F word and have to add it almost every other word. Certainly not Family Friendly Atmosphere.
haven't eaten Wendy's in ten years forced to by location had the baconator one of the best take out burgers I have had, hope this is not just location,and all Wendy's are this good
Dont bother actually ordering anything. They’ll just give you what they want to. Ordered an Asiago chicken sandwich and got a double bacon burger. Guess thats what they had ready so thats what I got. Was in drive thru so I didn’t check. Expected service from the usuals.
