Ordered 3 kids meal and a drink replacement for ice cream instead. Food was hot and fresh and it didn’t take long to get my order. My niece and nephews are satisfied so that’s a 5 star for me.
I ordered online (2 burgers, fries, 4 piece nugget, one drink) and finally got to the window for my food, 20 mins after arriving. The first window informed me they had received my order. Then, the second window informed me they had no order for me. After arguing I showed them my order. Then someone said oh yeah I see the order. Despite being there for 20 mins they hadn’t done anything to make my order and told me to pull up because they were on a timer and I was messing up their times. The previous car had been at the window for 15 mins so I don’t know why I had to pull up and not them. Then ten minutes later I walked in to check on my order after not hearing anything and several cars receiving their order and had to stand there waiting for a while to be acknowledged inside. And they are ignoring several customers inside. They are being extremely rude to customers at this location.
Old oil so the fries were gross. Fries and chicken sandwich were both cold. At least my bun wasn't moldy like last time, so that's a bonus.
Went into this location to pick lunch up for my kids today. Got home and my daughter discovered someone’s hair in her sandwich. So i immediately jumped in the car to take it back. Get to the window and explained to two different employees the first guy at the first window kinda smirked and laughed although I can’t find anything funny about someone else’s hair being in food that your prepared to eat. I then get to the second window and let the female know what happened. Not only did she snatch the bag out my hand!!!!!…there was no apology for the inconvenience! Like who trains these people. No customer service at all. I was upset with myself for not just asking for a refund in that moment. A decent employee would have said oh no I’m so sorry allow us to fix this. But no she snatched the bag and slams the window shut and comes back with a sandwich less than a minute later. Sucks there are not a lot of options on the East side as is but it would be nice if we do not have to worry about whether workers are taking necessary precautions to prepare our foods in a sanitary way. Done with this Wendy’s!
I went because I wanted to try the new peppermint frosty. It was good, not great.
My Cobb salad was really good for a fast food place.
But what's really important to mention is the service I received from a friendly, young man. He seemed to be enjoying his job. ????
Fast food prices just keep skyrocketing. 10 years ago a small chili was $1 - now it's $3. And some prices on the drive-thru sign are wrong - it shows that the small chili is $2.59 and the large is $3.09 but the prices on the inside menu are $2.99 and $3.99
I received a wrong order on the drive thru and they take care of it with very fast no complaints also they let me kept the wrong order and they made a whole new order
I'm 100% satisfied
White old manger lady here is really rude Just shut the window in a customer face while asking if my food was fresh and well done I'll never come back here ever again if I ask well done give well done simple what's so hard if a customer id paying their money we should be able to request it how we want it ! I hate fast food places that's sloppy
