Honestly kinda expensive for a fast food place and the drive thru was pretty slow and the person taking my order didn’t ask me what size combo I would like or what drink I wanted but the kicker was my dad’s baconator was so dry he had to add ketchup and he only got 4 pieces of bacon when there’s supposed to be 6. Very disappointed.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. If you go through the drive thru, your order will not be correct. If you order pick up from Uber Eats, they will give your order away to the wrong person and claim they never received it. Just don’t waste your time.
Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, when I got home I saw I they slapped a tomato, lettuce and chicken on half a bun.
I've never had this many issues at this location.
I had to go back because the fries for my meals were missing.
Then the burger and is undercooked.
Of course they didn't give me a receipt for the order, because drive thru just doesn't seem to do this anymore.
I had to give one star just to be able to leave this review.
I do go to Wendy's about once a month, that's my treat for myself. I like Wendy's out of all the fast food places. But this happened to me twice so far. I aways get the no#1 and the meat was too (pink) in the middle they didn't even apologize...they did give me a new one but twice is too many, I was the only customer in there both times. And they need to have people who can try and speak a little clearer especially when the accent is too thick. Customers need to clearly understand what the counter person is trying to say.
Need more staff during prime hours...would be nice if they cleaned counters & such. Felt bad for girl taken orders.... overwhelmed.
I ordered the combo for $5 to get a burger really. The other items were going to be eaten later and by others too. The burger was disgusting, since they put mayonnaise and way too much, on the burger (which I hate) and no warning that it comes with mayonnaise. There is very little description on food on the menu. I only give 2 stars since the chocolate frosty was good and the main reason we went. Extremely disappointing to say the least. I will just go for a frosty from now on.
The chili is the best and Burgers and fries completely makes me want more so put one spicy Chicken sandwich finger liken good.
