One of the employees (Jasmine) just cussed my mom out in the drive through while she was getting food I was on the phone with my mother while this was all going down, my mom was telling me how this employee was being rude when my mother was ordering food which I get sometimes people have bad days but as someone who’s worked in customer service before this employee was screaming at my mom A CUSTOMER, for telling me she was being rude. Don’t come here if you’re gonna be rude and speak to people like that get a different job ????️♀️, obviously this one isn’t for her. Also this place is actually disgusting you’d have better service and better quality at McDonalds. ALSO UPDATE- she is the manager not an employee. Absolutely disgusting do better ????.
The lack of personnel and the little minds running the place are leading the place to become a non profitable empty place. The 40 minutes I waited and wasted in the auto line plus the soggy old French fries with nuggets that looked like were pathetically old stuff that even a pit bully might reject or an alligator having abdominal pains leads towards a never come back there .
When walking in to a restaurant it should not feel as if you are at an ICE SKATING RANK. The comment about the floors was made by a few other guest in the restaurant beside myself.
Restaurant needs to place anti-slip rugs down at ALL entrance doors to help prevent falls. Floors in dining area are VERY SLICK. Recommend NOT using the same mop and water to clean the dining area floors as is used in cleaning the cook/prep area. Recommend using some form of “degreaser” to clean the dining area floors to remove the grease type film from the floors.
Was greeted at the ordering speaker with an overwhelming smell of Marijuana and saw the employees at the back door smoking. When I pulled up to the window, after being served my food, I asked for the manager. I said to her do you know your employees are out back smoking pot, her response "no, I'm in here doing my manager job!" I said ok cool, and drove off. She then proceeds to stick her out out the window and yell, what is it to you anyway....this was around 5:20 on Friday, May 3rd. On Saturday, May 4th, a friend of mine went there no one was on the speaker to take the order, when he drove up to the window and asked if they were taking orders, same "manager" rudly says "we don't have nobody working" he said so you guys are closed, she said "no, nobody's working, you can come work of you want your food so bad" this person is OBNONIOUS and doesn't deserve a job, especially when there are so many hard working, honest people out there that need jobs. This Wendy's is the worst and should be shut down or needs new management ASAP.

Walking into this place just felt dirty and smelled like burnt, old, fryer oil. I was looking around debating about if I was going to risk ordering and there were 3 people in front of me waiting but no one at the register. After a minute or two a kid poked his head around the corner and said he'd be right with us. The guys in front of me looked at each other, laughed, and said they weren't waiting any more and walked out.
I followed them. I don't know how long they were there before I got there but it was a while I guess and I wasn't going to risk the food based on the look of the line that I could see.
Wrong food togo, no time to return to store. Ordered Ghost Pepper Ranch Chicken. Tried to eat what we had, but chicken (not Ghost Pepper but plain) was over cooked and hard. The burger (not ordered) had sooo much mayo n ketchup it was running out of the wrap.
Their fries were as good as any Wendy's fries. The spicy chicken is what I always get: it was good. They didn't have chocolate frosty. The drive-through line was super slow.
All of the food tasted old the grease was old so it made the fries inedible. Note to self don't stop at this location when traveling again.
