Saturday February 3 2024 went to Plaquemine Wendy's I have a few questions why it took 15 minutes for me to order and no one was ahead of me and I ask for no salt on my fries all they did was drop them for the second time I WORK AT WENDY'S YEARS AGO AND T H EY COOK AS ORDER BUT I SEE THEY MAKE IT AND WHEN ORDER THEY REWARM IT THE BURGER WAS GUMMY THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED AND WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT ONE OF COURSE NOT FOOD SAFETY NO GLOVES COLORFUL NAILS NO HAIR NETS ETC.
45 mins wait in line at the drive thru. Food was cold. No ketchup in the whole store. Worst experience I ever had at Wendy's.

You just turned my first visit to the plaquemine Wendy's into my last visit. I was thinking to myself it has been a long time since I have stopped for Wendy's and I had persuaded myself to stop by. I was treated extremely rudely as if I was bothering her just for being a customer. Says we are out of coke zero, so I order a diet coke. Then she preceded to ask what my other drink would be, I only ordered one meal. So I asked her how many meals I had on the ticket after saying I only ordered one and she yelled at me. Psycho! You should not be in the service industry. Get out! I will not be going back to your store. The food was hot but I'm pretty certain yall forgot some ingredients because it was super dry and bland. This place sucks.
Don't come here. I've lived here in plaquemine for almost a year and out of the few times I've went or anyone else has around me, it has never, and I mean never been correct. There's burger King, McDonald's or taco bell. DO NOT waste your money here.
We went inside to eat lunch and before we could even order they were yelling at us we had to go threw the drive threw. Very rude people will never go back!
Place is trash, always getting orders wrong and workers argue so you gotta wait for them to finish to place an order
How hard is the job. Just listen. Order a double no Mayo. What do I get a double loaded in Mayo. Fries that are cold and hard like they been cooked hours ago. Quit trying to rush take an active interest in your job and do it correctly. Do better.
