Food was good, hot and fresh. Went through drive through to pick up my mobile order and the person was short but fine not a big deal. When I got to window a very young man was there, he did not greet me, he did not say hello, he did not even look at me. When my food was ready he handed the bag out the window and I took it, he did not say a single word to me at all. I don’t expect a lot from a fast food place, but a simple hello and a here you go would have been acceptable. If a customer is spending money with a business and you won’t even speak to them then that’s a problem. Seems like this young man should not be working here.
I was at Wendy’s on Route 22 in Monroeville, PA, and it’s by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to for service. I’ve been there five weekends in a row on a Saturday, and each time the service is so slow that just making an egg and cheese biscuit takes forever. The food is really good, but it just takes forever to have it made, and I just don’t understand why. I’m not at the drive-through; I’m inside and ordering my food, the cheese biscuit, and I want to sit down and enjoy it, making food and being wanted on.
This picture shows how SALTY my large fries were. Do not recommend AT ALL. Service was terrible,no your welcomes,no have a great day, nothing was welcoming from this location. Very disappointed,that this is the only wendys in Monroeville, and this is the thanks I got,spending my money.
This is by far the worst place to get anything. This is not the first time they screwed up. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese meal on a crossient....received the bread with a mountain of mayo no cheese no bacon no seasoned potatoes. I was in a hurry gotvwhere I was going to find the greasy gross mess. Called the location and the woman hung up on me after telling me I should have looked at it before leaving. How about you do your job!!!! This location is a disaster and I will NEVER go there again. STAY AWAY!!!!!
Ordered, all my food was old and dried out I called they said come back and I could get it remade so I go back and go to the speaker tell them they had mad attitude and said some thing thinking their mic was off they did remake my food which I appreciated but still forgot a fry the attitudes weren’t necessary I was very respectful and understanding and it still wasn’t even worth it still tasted gross fr not coming back here.
Food is usually right, but the pop machine is always messed up. Like in the past 5 visits, 4 times the coke zero has just been brown soda water. Do they never replace it or do I just have terrible luck?
Update 3 weeks later, the first time I've been back since. Coke zero is messed up again. Smh
Update weeks later again. Coke Zero is still either out or just mixed with no syrup. HOW
Went here for lunch all the employees on cellphones waited 25 minutes for my food several other people were disgusted about the wait time should of went to dennys next door and sat down would of been faster several other potential customers walked out
Good food. Lady was quick. Big handful of ketchup is not 5- I would have liked at least 15. I'm disgusting let me wallow in my shame. No lie. Im a ketchup fiend. Also your peppermint frosty taste like Pepto bismol. Not enough peppermint flavoring. :(
