The Kedron location is updated and well appointed. The bathroom was clean and the dining area as well.
Unfortunately, the burger has failed to meet my expectations. The beef patties are charred beyond my ability to enjoy. I have given this location several opportunities to deliver a non-charred hamburger but have yet to receive one! Perhaps I am in the minority and crispy is what many patrons seek when dining here.
The chili is quite delicious, the shakes divine, and other menu items are well prepared.
Food was messed up. Ruined both orders, lady took back one. Manager came back and told me since I was eating one they couldn't give me my orderremade. Worst Wendy's ive been to. Nasu rude employees
The attitude from the manager was horrible when I asked for a REFUND! Due to the food tasting like old oil and I ordered a lot. He told me I had to go through the app to get a refund and I hope he wasn’t lying! BESIDES THAT I FOUND A SPIDER IN MY DRINK! That me and my one year old was drinking!
Walked in to hear the employees screaming and yelling at each other. Went to the bathroom and these were my choices of toilets. I decided “ew” let me wash my hands and I’ll go order some food. Walked over to the sink and there was blood and snot all over the sink. All over the faucet. I grabbed a paper towel to open the door and just left. I’m not hungry anymore, but I do have to find another place to go to the bathroom, and scrub my hands raw.
The daytime staff here are just the best. They are welcoming, patient, and really care that the customers are happy.
It is the best Wendy's in the state.
This is the most ridiculous and slow Wendy's I've ever seen. Either it takes 45min for a mobile order placed 20min ago or they only seve nuggets and fries all day. Not sure who is the manager or if it's even managed at all at this point. 8ppl on staff today and I stood there for 30min for a sausage biscuit AFTER I placed the mobile order 20min before arriving. And the food was cold once I received. Cheese not melted and eggs not hot at all. Wate of time and money. Thanks for your consistency with awful service and food. That is truly what your committed to!
THE GUY WITH DREADS AT THE MAIN WINDOW TOOK OUR MEAL WITH A WHOLE ATTITUDE HE DIDN'T ASK WHAT KIND OF DRINKS WE WANTED NOR DID HE ASK IF WE WANTED ANYTHING ELSE HE TREATED US AS IF WE WAS FINISH AND DIDNT CARE IF WE WANTED ANYTHING ELSE...WHEN I GOT THE WINDOW I ASKED HIM WHY DID HE HAVE TO TAKE OUR ORDER RUDE HE LOOKED AT ME HANDED ME MY SINGLE DRINK THEN TOLD ME THATS ALL I ORDER WHEN I CORRECTED HIM HE TOLD ME HE DIDNT HAVE TO SERVICE ME THEN SLAM THE WINDOW CLOSE THEN PROCEED AS IF WE WAS NOT THERE ..I TRIED TO ASK FOR A MANAGER BY WAVING MY HAND AT THE WINDOW THEN KNOCKED AND BLEW MY TRUCK HORN ...BUT STILL NO ANSWER AS IF I WAS NOT THERE ..HE WAS SO HORRIBLE!!AND I BEEN GOING TO THAT WENDY'S FOR OVER 5 YRS AND ITS ALWAYS BEEN AT NIGHT BECAUSEI LIVE CLOSE BY AND WORK CLOSE BY....
I RECOMMEND NOBODY GO TO THIS WENDY'S AT NIGHT PAST 10 PM BECAUSE THAT IS HOW YOU WILL GET TREATED AND WHO EVER WAS THE MANAGER DID NOT CARE TO STEP IN TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON
I ???? me some Wendy's, but I'm changing my diet for better obese purposes,I don't eat the buns I substitute it for lettuce ???? as my buns and I don't do ????,if my fries ain't a potato ???? I dont want fake foods,I kinda like the ???? lemonade ???? I heard data real I may eat salad but they are untasteful ????The meat patties are great chicken nuggets not a real lastly,I didn't know they use *"white"" domino's suigar not good ???? I want healthier food for my kids now !!!!
