Their fry warming bin was being repaired and lunch rush was beginning when I ordered. It was clear the employees were struggling because they had to box fries over the fryers. The cashier apologized for the delay. Once the fry warmer was back up, they had our food quick and everything was perfect w the meal. Good employees there!
The drive thru should just be closed down. I don't know if you can't hear me or if there are major glitches in the speaker system but trying to order a taco salad & a chicken sandwich for two different people at home....you asked if I just wanted the sandwich when I tried to pay. So confused.......
Food is still good, and the new orange milkshake is delicious, but the new seating makes the placebos less inviting. All but two of the booths are gone, and those two now have hard, uncomfortable seats.
Nice and clean inside. The service was efficient and noneventful. Food came out in minutes with correct items. Burger was hot, bun was soft, taste like every double stack I ever bought at Wendy's. Although food is basically junk, its fast, cheap, and consistent. The employees are not cheerful, but they serve your food and get you on your way without any trouble, and to expect anything more would be ludicrous. I would recommend this place for a quick bite.
I have given this store too many shots. They constantly mess up the food, forget to put toys into kids meals, and have a general lack of enthusiasm.
Ordered 2 frosty's & 2 double baconators. No napkins & no spoons or straws.
However the young lady working the drive-thru was the nicest young lady I've encountered in a long time. Much better than the usual RBF rudeness encountered.
They messed up my order. I had ordered a double hamburger and they gave (and charged me for) a double baconator. Instead of making the correct burger they just scrapped off the cheese and removed the extra ingredients and gave me the same burger back.
Sandwich was Luke warm at best. Cheese didn't even start to melt. Didn't have everything on it, no tomatoes, like was pictured. Fries just barely had heat to them and were dry
