PLEASE PLEASE BE AWARE THEY MESS With the food price items . When you go they will say it only comes large no signs suggest or say you can only order that at certain times as day or anything ! Menu still says MED COMBOS PEOPLE ! The response from the work is “ my manager said this” . Literally stealing money right out of your pocket . I went the few times after they said only selling larges! it was 5pm !!!! I went to today for the very last time ! “ placed the order as medium the girl said you can only get large if you come in you can get medium !!!! Who makes these rules ! What’s the difference of coming in or drive through with the price of my food !That is illegal. Corporate will be called to investigate please if you go you will only be a witness you have to report this !
I'm a drive through kinda guy who would rather 'keep it moving' as often as possible so I can get more done. I stopped at this location and placed my mobile order and as I proceeded to the windows I was thwarted by current construction being done on the driveway. I couldn't proceed so I had to figure out what my options were, and there was only 1... park the car and walk around the construction to the entrance to retrieve your PREPAID MOBILE ORDER. What I thought was most exasperating? There were no signs on the ordering kiosk to let you know you would have to come in (Why not? And why was the kiosk even in service?) I told them I had just used their mobile ordering and that's when the scrambling began! It took them 10 minutes to get my order ready once I walked inside. Did they forget to start my mobile order when I placed it?

Went to this newly opened location I thought I will have tasty food but they proved me wrong. First of all the meal that I ordered was not the same. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich which comes with lettuce, tomato, and mayo but it had no lettuce in it plus they gave me old fries and a sandwich. The sandwich tasted like it was made a few hours ago. Management and staff were very slow. The manager had an attitude. She said to one of the customers “ I can't take order right now I have 5 other things to handle you can place an order at the kiosk.” the drive-through customers had to come inside to pick up their food.
It is insane how rude the workers are there. I pulled up to window and the lady sat on her phone did not even acknowledge me. She messed up my order cause she was not paying attention. I then went inside the workers are so rude it is disgusting. The girl said “ what is this “ as if I had done something wrong ! Never will go there again! Attitudes are awfulI also reached out to corporate.
The staff is so rude it's wild, this guy rushed us through ordering and sounded so angry for no reason and got three items wrong. Girl at the pick up window said he was tripping but then handed me a black cold brew and gas lighted me claiming it was a chocolate frosty cold brew and I just "had to stir it" stirred it in front of her and it was still black so she just waved us away and said I didn't know what I ordered (I tasted it it was just black iced coffee)
This place is a scam, stay away! They tell you that the meals only come with large options for the fries and coke just to charge more (even though their menu says medium option is available, and even Doordash says it). Service is terrible too, I waited a half hour just to order even though there were only two cars in front of me.
Just picked up some food here , drive through 11pm. Food was ok but the girl who gave me the food didn’t even acknowledge me or look me at all when I said thank you. Further more we thought we missed some sauce and just asked and she had attitude all over her face. We should of went to McDonald’s across the street, atleast they’re never rude!!! When u interact with such rude people, it just ruins your day.
Order a 4 piece nugget kids meal for my five year old. I asked are the nuggets spicy the serve said not really. The nuggets are in fact too spicy according to my 5 year old and 14 year old who tasted it.
