Every time we go to this Wendy's location, we have issues with the service. On our last visit, we waited roughly 45 minutes for one combo meal and a 4-for-4. There wasn't a big line, and we ordered ahead anyway. The when we finally recieved the food, it was room temperature, meaning it was prepared and left to sit while we waited. We called customer service to voice our disappointment. The representative on the phone said they would return the cost of the meal in credit on the Wendy's app. The credit never came.
Then today, I went in for Frosties (courtesy of their annual frosty key tabs). My wife is pregnant and wanted some baconator fries. The menu listed the item at $2.79, but the computer charged $3.49. Both the cashier and manger tried to insist that it was tax. However, the display clearly showed it as the pre-tax price. Instead of honoring their listed price, they just acted like I was wrong and that they had no idea how to correct the issue.
My parents followed me up, each having a deal in the app for a free small frosty. The cashier wasn't able to figure out how to scan the deal in store, and the manager tried to say it was a problem with my parents service provider. Instead of simply honoring the deal clearly shown in the Wendy's app, the manager just said they were wrong. We all left frustrated with the service. Yet again.
I'd avoid this place in until they get their management situation improved.
I never leave review unless they are bad but QuandrIcka(sorry if I misspelled) is running such a great establishment. Every fast food restaurant I ate at in Lake City has been trash my son wanted Wendy’s for his morning breakfast not only was she super patient and helpful the food came out perfect fresh drinks were sweet and not watery. On top of that she already had everything I needed in the bag I didn’t even get to ask before I seen that she put everything in there and wished us a blessed day. Highly impressed. Money well spent . Made my sons birthday even better.
Wasn't crazy about the Dreamsicle frosty, but it was OK. What I didn't like was going through the drive-through and spending 30 minutes to get the things and then be told we couldn't get a receipt due to the system wasn't working. Need new management, appears.
The service is TERRIBLE and more than half the employees are just beyond rude. They never get your order right and lord forbid if you try to have it fixed. It’s not worth going. Just go somewhere else. I have never gone and it not be some type of issue.
Always great service. I use the mobile app and they always get my order right. That isn't the case with others sometimes.
I work night shifts, so when I’m off they’re the only place that’s open for the days I just wanna grab something and go home. EACH time I go there, they’re “out”of basically everything you want. Don’t even bother asking for a coffee, because they’re “out” even when they just added a new coffee to the menu. When you are looking at the menu for what you want, you will repeatedly hear “ Anything else?” And just makes you feel like you’re being extremely rushed. No one has a good attitude ( I work in the food industry and can understand not everyday will have you in a good mood). But night shifts over there is NOT bad, each time I go they are outside, on their phones, smoking, and laughing on the sidewalk.
It's ashamed that you have to check behind a whole shift of adults to make sure that what you ordered is in the bag. I ordered 3 orders and they put it all in 1 bag and they didn't even put the burgers in it. When I called them back after dropping the food off and finding out they didn't put the burgers in it, they said there was nothing they could do and they said that I looked through the bag. I told them to pull the camera, they didn't have anything to say then.
Want 15 an hour but can't follow simple directions. I SAID NO MAYO BECAUSE I CANT EAT THAT CRAP. BUT GUESS WHAT!? ALL 3 COMBOS WERE DRINCHED IN MAYO LIKE THEY PUT EXTRA ON IT ON PURPOSE. HAD TO WAIT 10 MINS FOR THAT. DIDNT GET A RECEIPT SO WE NOT SURE "HOW MUCH THEY ACTUALLY CHARGED US" BUT WE CALLING THE BANK SINCE THEIR ATTITUDE WAS LIKE WE WERE INTERUPTING THEIR PLAY TIME. SORRY LADIES BUT THERES MORE TO LIFE THAN PLAYN ON THE PHONE, NAILS & EYELASHES. IM REALLY NOT SURE HOW MANY TIMES HE NEEDED TO REPEAT HIM SELF,, NOOO MAYO. IM ALERGIC. BUT YOU DIDNT WANNA HAVE TO MAKE FRESH ONES. THE FRIES HAD BURNT HAIR IN THEM. WILL NOT GO BK. HAVA GREAT BREAK..????????
