The food is always good and hot, whether it is breakfast or hamburgers. Love the biscuits and gravy with the seasoned potato wedges. It's hard to beat the Biggie Bag deals. Service is okay. It is difficult to get in and out onto Renner during high volume traffic hours, but it's worth the inconvenience.
Family and I ate inside for a change (1130am wed) and I was so impressed! The employees were great, the restaurant was CLEAN, and the food was fresh.
Incompetent idiots working here, cannot get your order correct then the manager Erica acts like she can’t understand English. Ordered a breakfast baconator meal - the sandwich they give me had NO meat on it. Only egg & cheese. Manager asked what I wanted her to do about it when I called after making me repeat myself 4 times. Absolutely ridiculous. Save your money.
We went through the drive through and the people taking the order were trying to be funny and acting like they were mentally handicapped. I had to ask several times what they were saying and they would just laugh in the speaker. I finally pulled up to the window, the manager had my food and was laughing. I was taking my credit card out of my wallet to pay, he acted disgusted, slammed my food down, closed the window and proceeded to make fun of me in front of his employees. This manager should be fired immediately for his lack of customer service skills. No employee should ever mimic a mentally handicapped person, let alone a manager. I can only imagine what the rest of the employees are like if this is the behavior the manager is going to have! Reading through the other comments, you can see people have had complaints about the same manager. Best of luck to you Wendy’s, you just lost a customer here and hopefully you will lose more until you have higher standards for your managers!!
VERY disappointed in my experience!! I ordered via app, once I got to the drive thru (around 8:30ish pm) I told them I had a mobile order and my name as usual. They told me to pull around just like always. I pulled around and 1 car was at the window ahead of me waiting for their order. Shortly after I pull behind them they pull up about a car and a half length so I pull forward like one would and then the vehicle put their car in reverse. I was then informed by the worker at the window (mid-late 20's male with blondish hair) that the customer forgot to get their food and asked me to "pull over to number 2 so they could back up and get their food." I gladly obliged and did as I was told. Shortly after the customer that backed up pulled off. I then waited for 5-10 mins where I was told with no interaction watching them pack multiple orders in bags which I knew was not mine because I only order 2 items. I then got frustrated and backed up and then pulled back up to the window to ask what was going on with my food. The same worker that asked me to move over to making spot 2 came to the window and asked me what I needed. I informed him I had been waiting a very long time for my food. He then asked me what I had like he had never seen me. I was very frustrated and he could tell in my voice and he told me "There was no reason to be frustrated and then said he was waiting on his cook and that they make their food fresh to order" which I knew was a absolute lie! A couple minutes later I received my food and told the worker thank you and got no apology or anything just complete silence. I pull off into the parking lot to find out that I had barley salted fries that were practically cold and a room temperature sandwich..... I have worked in the food industry for more than 20 years and understand that mistakes are made but always owned up to my mistakes and tried making up for them with multiple apologies and possibly even something free. This was absolutely uncalled for and will most likely never be back to this establishment!!
Honestly had such a bizarre interaction with the person taking orders. We were second in line and the person in front of us order was still on the screen when we pulled up, which wasn't weird until we ordered and the chicken nuggets we ordered were tacked on to the prior order so I was worried the order was wrong. I said something at the speaker, the person didn't reply so I pulled around and was intending to to ask, but before I could the lady ripped open the window and was like, "What's wrong with it??" I started trying to explain but she kept talking over me and insisting the order was right, which it was, but it she kept saying, "I told you it was right." I worked in food service myself for 10 years, so I try hard to be kind and understanding. I didn't want to get the wrong item so I was just trying to make sure it was right so we didn't waste anyone's time. In the end, we went to another Wendy's because I didn't want to risk anyone spitting in mine or my kids food. We won't be coming back to this Wendy's and given the attitude we received, no wonder it was empty when everywhere else was so busy.
Drive thru associate pleasant, helpful. Dave's single was ok, bottom bun was dried out/hard around the edges, not put together well - had to 'reconstruct' trim the lettuce.
Check your drinks and food! Two separate drinks of mine that I just ordered had large dead flies enclosed in them???? It makes me question how this facility is being cleaned… or if it’s being cleaned at all…wrong orders I can understand… dead insects in not one but TWO drinks is pretty disgusting.. lost my appetite completely
