I came to Wendy’s the girl at the drive thru seemed lazy like she didn’t want to take my order. She said everything was cooked to order at the speaker and my whole biggy bag was cold not to mention the double stack black and burnt to the point I couldn’t even eat my sandwich. I am very disappointed with my experience the little girl running the window asked me if I needed anything else while I was at the window and before I could answer slammed the drive thru window shut on me and would not open it back up . Instead of going back around or coming back I just decided to leave because of the service.
This location has a large staff on hand to handle all orders in an efficient manner. I asked for speciality burgers to be made which they were more than happy to do for me. Use coupon code 30 for the BOGO Dave's Single. Melody was super sweet and multi taked well.
This location may as well be closed at 11. Anytime I go here past then they are out of everything. I order my food ahead and nothing is ever marked as unavailable. When I ask what I can get instead I always get the same answer... "Fries". No matter what the item is. No apology, just a short and rude "fries". And then silence.
The night staff there are rude, unapologetic, and lazy.
Edit: Also, bonus points. The fries were cold.

The dining room was closed at 2 PM on a Tuesday. No signs up or anything, and I don’t like eating driving. It’s kind of hard to try to eat at a place that is supposed to have dine in and there is no dine in on a weekday when people are out working.
My burgers were literally just slopped together. Service was poor. Shorted me on my order. Apologized when he found the missing burger in the back. Tasted awful. Very pricey too. Could have gone to a real restaurant for that price. I won't be going back. So sad. Used to be a great place.
Fries were all well overcooked/old/hard not hot. Burgers and chicken sandwich not hot like other stores. Nuggets were hot and seemed the only thing fresh. Two different sodas in soda machine taste off. No non sweet tea offer. The front register attendant at front was decent although didn't seem to enjoy her job. Lot of laughing going on in the kitchen though hope that distraction isn't causing the food not to be fresh. Only a table taken were people were actually eating and others just lounging and staring. Haven't been at this particular wendy's in probably a year. It was not that great of experience then either. Will definitely think twice when shopping in that area next which restaurant to go to. Sad choice to waste $20 here had high expectations because we have gone to other wendy's feeling satisfied.
Food was old and reheated, one glob of mayo in middle of old crunchy reheated multi times burger with no ketchup. Fries were old and hard, luke warm, and tasted like old grease from sitting so long. Service was terrible. They were too busy texting and with earbuds in to work or care that anyone was waiting for service. Worst Wendy's I have ever been too, food and service wise. Skip don't waste your money here.
