This Wendy’s location could definitely do with a a deep clean as most surfaces were fairly dirty. The food still came fast though.
Ordered combo and wanted extra melted cheese sauce. Paid an extra dollar for the ketchup size little container but it wasn't full. Asked for more and was told it would. E another dollar. I said no we usually get more cheese than this. The manager with the long ponytail said that's how it comes. I said I'd rather not pay an extra dollar and not get the appropriate cheese for my fries. He said give me back the cheese. I handed it to him and he tossed it hard in the garbage and handed me a dollar. It would have been so much easier to just give me the cheese I paid for. I'm so sick of the horrific service from fast food restaurants. Chick FIL a is the only decent one left. Wendys your customer service at this location really stinks. Get better leadership!!
My fiance just went to pick me up some food for dinner, and the lady at the mic was so ridiculously rude. And snappy, just because he asked her to hold on, for just a second while he looked at our text. because he forgot what drink I wanted. Just because you're having a bad day isn't our problem. Life is hard get a helmet. ????????♀️
All the food was correct except the nuggets weren't spicy like I ordered. I didn't complain thou because they are all so sweet at that Wendy's and that is hard to find
First off, I got the baconater burger, they asked if I wanted tomatoes, but there not any lettuce. Kind of odd.
The burgers were over cooked and dried out. The slice of tomato had no taste to it at all. The burger sucked. The fries were good and hot, I must admit, they were good.
Tryed to dine in but it closes earlyer then that say on on web site can't go thru the drive thru be cause I have a 18 wheeler with trailer thay closed at 9:00 pm did not won't to eat in side not friendly at all will not ever eat thery again sorry customer service
Bacon pub fries with barely any cheese or bacon service was awesome tho
Black mold everywhere on the ceiling!!! This is a hazard to all employees and patrons. Do not eat here!! This is so dangerous ???? ☠️
