Would you believe nobody decided to show up today?? 9/11/21 is it a holiday or something? No signs on the door either. Tablets for Doordash still on somehow. I do understand it's 9/11 but I didn't know Wendy's closed in observance.
Drive thru sucks. I come for lunch during the week sometimes and you can literally sit in the drive thru line for 15-30 minutes before even ordering your food.
The drive through is soooo slow it’s ridiculous! Mcdonalds right next door is super quick but is having power issues so we had to go here.. went twice but it was so slow on both days that we wont be going here again. The guy kept messing up everyone’s orders.. seemed zoned out, forgot to take the payment from me too till I reminded him that I haven’t paid. Not going again honestly, its not worth the wait
I stopped here for lunch today and I have to say that I'm in love!!! The chicken nuggets were perfectly cooked and crispy!; the fries were steamy too! THIS is what Wendy's is all about!! Fantastic Service! Warm meals are the best, they make me happy!
Where do I start? When I walked in there was water all over the floor from the soda machine and nobody cleaned it up. A customer was at the counter complaining about something and was ignored by the staff. He stormed out. For some reason the cashier didn't include my family's drinks and we had to order them separately. I ordered a chicken club combo. They forgot the bacon. They also forgot my drink cup. Both issues were fixed quickly. Food was fine once we got it. This place needs to get it together...
Usually it's good. Today they give me 4 thin layers of beef to make the Wendy's double. It wasn't quite as juicy and flavorful this way, but they did everything else correct even swapped those fries for a Caesar salad
I usually like the food at Wendy’s but for some reason the food at this location is usually a let down. The fries are soggy and the burgers are dry. And the staff at the drive through isn’t very cheery, though that can be excused. When Wendy’s food is made right it’s some of the best around. But it seems that this location can’t consistently turn out the food that they are supposed to. Still it is palatable, just not really great.

Solid food but consistently closed by 9pm during the week. Makes it tough for essential and emergency workers that work 8pm to 8am or 3rd shift
They finally posted the weekday hours so customers won't sit and wait at the drive thru unsure of what's wrong. 11AM to 7PM. If you want breakfast you'll have to drive 10 minutes to Oaks PA.
