During my recent visit to the United States, I frequented Wendy's on numerous occasions. However, I must express my profound disappointment concerning the conduct of the managerial staff. On the final day of my stay, my sister and I utilized the self-service kiosk to place an order. Despite the successful processing and prompt debit of the payment transaction from my account, we did not receive a receipt or an order number.
Upon approaching the managers to address this issue, we encountered an astonishing level of rudeness and a lack of comprehension. Their demeanor suggested suspicion, almost insinuating that we were attempting to deceive them. They informed us that the transaction was pending and assured us that we would receive our money back within a few days from our bank. However, it has been a week, and we have yet to receive the refund. Despite our insistence that the money had already been transferred and that there would be no cancellation since it was paid, the managers remained unyielding.
Despite engaging in a discussion for approximately 15-20 minutes, the resolution provided was minimal. We were reluctantly handed a single cup and fries, and there was a conspicuous absence of even basic courtesies such as a farewell or acknowledgment of our concerns.
Such an experience was deeply disheartening and tarnished the otherwise enjoyable aspects of my visit. As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and courtesy from the staff, especially those in managerial positions. I sincerely hope that steps will be taken to address this matter and ensure that future patrons are not subjected to similar treatment.
Been there multiple times, it is mostly calm and nice especially for breakfast. I love their American coffee! Seating area is nice when facing the greenery. Bathrooms were clean and do not require a passcode.
Went here for lunch, as it was right outside of my hotel. Very impressed, my order was correct, the burger was fresh, fries and nuggets were hot. The bacon on my Jr Bacon Cheeseburger could've been crispier-it was very chewy-but other than that, everything was good.
One of the nicest Wendy's I've been to. Had breakfast, which I hadn't before. It was pretty good. The potato wedges were actually very good, although spicy.
It was my first evening in USA and we were really tired after the long journey. So for our first meal there we decided to go to a fast food which there isn’t in my country. So I went there with my mum and when we entered it was almost empty. We ordered on the terminal screens and we received our order rather quickly (since there was nobody, I suppose). The burger was very tasty and as opposite to other fast food burger I ate before I could see the cheese slice! The fries were maybe a little bit too salty but with ketchup it was a good balance of sweet and salty. I really liked my lemonade but my mum found hers too sweet so it all depends on your taste.
Really busy during lunch hours, but the service still fast! Southwest salad beautifully colored the chicken nice and warm. The lettuce and other greens fresh including the avocado and tomato as well as the jack cheese. I definitely recommend the salad specially from this location!
The food was average taste - not worth the amount charged.
It seems like every employee I have ever interacted with at this location all hate their lives. Super rude and all act as if I inconvenienced them by coming. Each and EVERY one at the window for drive through that I have interacted with have closed the window as I’m speaking to them. They act as if me asking for sauce or a straw is the end of the world. Like my apologies I should have said it multiple times when ordering and paying that I needed sauce because the two times I did was not enough. Also my god how horrible of me to request a straw, I will take the lid off and drink without a straw next time to not force you into giving me one. Like what. Y’all need to re-train these disgusting attitude a$$ employees.
They are doing construction ???? . The drive thru is still open. They should invest in a new speaker ????... Or maybe new headphones ????. I got charged for a burger i didn't order and didn't have time to wait for the correction.. i used a credit card.. the extra burger was about 3$, i would be minus some money after they returned the money to my credit ???? because of the return fee i have to pay. Minus 1 star. But i did take that burger, ripped it up, and watch sum birds eat.. that's relaxing ????
