Went in for a quick bite. Rested mostly empty. Tried the kiosk since there were no humans to assist. I Wanted to customize my sandwich but couldn’t see how to do it since I’ve had no training on their ordering system. Asked if we could just get someone to take our order. Manager was very unfriendly but told someone in the dining room to help us. We were on the verge of leaving. He did help and told us the kiosk was forced on them and they don’t like them either. I’m all for technology but when it just frustrates staff and customers it’s not worth it. Wendy’s used to be known for customer service. I won’t go back. There are so many better options. Do better or keep loosing customers until you close.
We ended up waiting in the drive through line for 15 minutes without a single car moving up so we just backed out and parked to go inside. When we were inside we were not greeted and we saw the kiosk thing but there was no signs saying to use it so we just waited for someone and finally a man and a women came out from the back. The guy said hello and nothing else and then they just started speaking Spanish while they were both leaning on the counter. They had no respect for the customers at all! They didn’t care we were there waiting to get our order taken. If you don’t care about your job why are you working?
Not good for customers or employees. Lost a dear friend to cancer and have been extremely distraught. No compassion or understanding for what I was going through, got messages the next day that I was fired for missing work. I worked hard when I was there, but they kept employees who just sit around all day. Employees are unbelievably rude not only to each other but to customers. So many customers ignored in the front, and there was nothing I could do to help since I was on window. First restaurant job and I'll never be going back there to work or as a customer. I don't dislike Wendy's but this location is one of the worst. If you're craving a burger McDonald's is right across the street and so many lovely local restaurants nearby.
Good food if fresh. Love that thos Wendy's still has 4 for 4 available for my children. Never go in so can't really speak for atmosphere.
Asked for a single with no cheese. Girl repeated it correctly. Couldn't see the screen because it was covered with a "closing at 7 notice". Guy at the window tried to verify my order and I told him he was incorrect. I didn't want cheese. I ended up with a double burger with 3 slices of cheese. 2 of the smallest patties I've ever seen. I can't eat cheese and I Couldn't get it off very well as you can see. Fries were old.
Update: I went back to get a replacement and they were amazing about it!
I ordered a classic chicken pretzel bacon pub meal and got some sort of hamburger. I'm pregnant and can't stomach hamburger. I immediately will throw it back up.
I tried to call to get a remade order or a refund but the phone hung up on me. Gonna try and go back tomorrow and hopefully get it replaced or refunded. Can't go tonight because my son is in the hospital and I need to stay here. I just went out so I didn't have to eat hospital food again. So I'm pretty bummed
I went thru the drive thru, it was quick, they got it right and the place actually has the ice cream working. No knock in this place, I'm just saying it seems like the fast food business has had problems keeping the shake machines working these days! But this crew has it figured out and the food was really just like you would expect it. which can be hard to come by here at the very first day of 2024.
It was not clean.... that is first. We ordered at the kiosk and waited for our food, while waiting my husband asked the lady at the register for our drink cups, she ignored him twice. They have changed their patties and the buns are smaller. The price however is 14$!! I don't recommend, save yourself the trouble and just sit down somewhere good.
