Always a wonderful experience at the Homer Glen location! Food is always fresh at lunchtime! And it really made my day when the polite lady in the window handed me my food, service with a big smile ????. Definitely a good location for the Wendy’s brand, patient and proactive staff!
The crew was warm friendly and fun made us a perfect meal after A Hard Day's Work great place to go! We got the big bags and it was awesome value for our money!
I went here at about 8pm through the drive thru, my food took about three minutes. Fast service, but the food was not very tasty. The fries were over salted your lips start burning if you tried to eat a fry. It’s like drinking ocean water but x4. The burger was cold and didn’t have much taste. Employees aren’t very professional.
Great Employees give em a raise. Young man sovan I think his name is upfront helped out with a drink since dinning room had no drinks available. Stingy manager only told the employee to give me 1 ketchup packet Ofcourse I asked for more. Sandwich was delicious thank you all. Lighten up GM :)
Not rude, ignorant staff. Walked in cashier is chewing, looks at me and says nothing, I give him my order, he rings it up, says nothing, stares at me, I give him the money, he hands me my change and pulls out his phone. When it was a $5 meal I could stomach an occasional occurrence like this, but for what they charge now, now way. There is a sit down restaurant 2 minutes from this location where I can get a hamburger and fries for the same price.
Breakfast baconator, medium seasoned fries and coke for $9.
Coke was not as flavorful, even for drive-thru standards.
Parking lot only have 1 tree useable for car shade.
Made my order comepletely wrong. Didn’t give us a burger. Employees were wearing dirty clothes. Wait took forever. No employees, doing their job at least. Open sauce packet near the register, along with a drink. Insanely unsanitary. Baconater fries were ok. Made my stomach hurt.
parking lot is very small so when there's a line, THERE IS A LINE???? not complaining just saying. and if you were wondering if they use real food- yes they use real food, found a bit of eggshell in my eggs but i laughed cuz that's happened to all of us making eggs at home at some point. the only thing i can complain about is sometimes they over fill your drink and they hate it when you ask them to poor some out so you dont spill in your car, they really love to fill it to the brim here so im not fond of that but the people are great.
