Service is great but the food is really poor, me and my boyfriend ordered the chicken combo and our chicken was hard as rubber. Drinks are flat and even with ice in our cups our drinks we’re all warm. I have tried calling this location but the phone doesn’t even ring. I don’t recommend this place at all.
We came in for Breakfast at around 10:00 am on a Sunday. A nice employee took our order and was careful to get it right. We found a seat and it came out in around 8 min. The food was okay may just be my preference, but my sandwich (egg and cheese muffin) was not great. It had too much seasoned butter on it and the bottom "muffin" was in 3 pieces. The seasoned potatoes were tasty, though. I ended up feeling a bit sick for 20-30 min after. My boys had no complaints and ate everything.
Place could be way better an employee quit right in front of everyone after talking to the manager. Saying this is a very unsanitary restaurant.
Customer service is NEVER an issue when I come to this location, but today was the exception… The cashier Laura needs some proper training in how to treat customers with respect and politely. She had people waiting for a long time in line without acknowledging anyone in line not even a “I’ll be with you in a moment” nothing… once she tends to taking orders she was rushing us (as if she wasn’t taking her sweet time before taking orders). I had an offer to claim from the app and she came off really rude asking me to TELL her a numerical code which the app didn’t provide me with that type of code, after I tell her that I had no numerical code provided she tells me in a very annoyed manner that she can’t do anything without the code but then I show her the app to let her know that the only thing provided was a QR CODE and she scans the QR CODE! Once she realized that she made the mistake of asking for a different code she didn’t apologize…she continued telling us that if we weren’t ready that she could come back to us. We were ready we had 3 separate transactions of the same item which I had initially mentioned to her. I really don’t understand what her problem was. She wasn’t efficient nor polite. She could’ve been nicer. I get that we all have our bad days but it’s not the customers’ fault that she was in a bad mood. The other people who I came with had also noticed her treatment towards me and we were so confused as to why? That just made us really uncomfortable and we decided to not eat in store nor order anything else that we had initially planned to order…

Ordered $6 biggie bag and got a BIGGIE RIPOFF .SINGLE BACON (SAYS DOUBLE) on menu 2 NUGGETS 1/2 ORDER OF FRIES .YOU GUYS BETTER CHECK IN YOUR BAGS FOR WHAT YOU ORDERED THIS IS 2ND TIME that I DIDNT check AND AS ORIGINAL POST same shoplift ?

Customer service was terrible and aside of that they gave me the wrong order. They barely spoke at the drive thru and when got handed my food the attitude was ridiculous. Never had a problem but this staff seems to be new.
The absolute worst customer service ever! Cashier walks up to the register after I waited over 5 minutes and it wasn't busy. She just looks at me, No greeting what so ever. While I'm waiting for my order the same girl was in her phone then on the restaurant's phone didn't wash her hands afterwards and proceeded to touch the food. Luckily she didn't package my order. She and another employee had no clue what they were doing. They kept putting orders together then taking them apart and laughing saying.. I don't know what is what. This complaint is more for management who obviously DOES NOT train their employees properly. No customer service what so ever and clueless to what their job duties are. Wendy's you need new supervisors because there is no one supervising at all. To top it off!!! My order was wrong!
Do better Wendy's!!!!
Always clean and drive thru is ok except they never give a receipt, and I shouldn't have to ask foe one.
