They’ve clearly cut back on the product when they raised their prices. I haven’t had a spicy chicken sandwich in about two years. I used to eat them all the time about 10-15 years ago. I can’t believe how little chicken I got. I couldn’t even taste the chicken, just the breading on the chicken. The lettuce and tomato felt soft and wilted as well. I couldn’t even finish the sandwich. If I order a $6.00 chicken sandwich, I expect to be able to see and actually taste the chicken like I could years ago. Like the picture on your website reflects. To pay almost $6.00 for that sandwich was ridiculous. I wouldn’t mind paying the price if you didn’t sell me half the chicken sandwich that I’m used to and that you advertise.
And as far as the service, why am I constantly saying please and thank you, but the cashier never does. They won’t even say you’re welcome. When I worked fast food, it was always please, thank you, you’re welcome, and have a great day. We smiled and were polite. These workers now will literally either ignore you or grunt as a response. Who’s managing these workers?!?
With that being said, I most definitely won’t be going back. Not even for my kids or wife. We work too hard to throw that much money down the drain for nasty, dry, old, damn near meatless sandwiches.
This wendy's has gone down hill. Placed an order for a single with everything including cheese. Received a single with just cheese and a piece of lettuce. Ordered a double stack with extra onion but didn't have extra onions. Both the single and the double stack were dried out. These were not hot or fresh. Ordered chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce and was given BBQ instead. Went to get my drink and doesn't look like anyone cleaned the fountain machine in a week. The counter had some kind of spill on it. Couldn't order from the mobile app and I was told that's not their problem. When I tried to place my order I was told by the cashier I had to use credit card. They couldn't take cash and they were short handed so it would be awhile. Seems like their standard response was "that's not our problem that's a corporate problem", when other customers complained also!!!!
Just hit the drive-thru so can’t comment on the inside… but the food is horrible here. Chicken and burgers were severely over cooked. Cheese fries were soggy, limp, and cheese was just a mess on top. Only edible thing were the chicken nuggets…. And that’s a low bar.
Overall standard Wendy’s experience. This location is one I frequent a lot and they have a habit of closing early or “running out of food” by 11pm, so late night isn’t exactly late night here.
During the day however. Never had any issues
The customer service was friendly, and the food was fresh for the most part. My only complaint is I do have missing items every now and then.
HORRIBLY RUDE SERVICE! ????
I used my rewards ap for a $2 off Dave’s double and order queso fries and a frosty. After I got home, I noticed the bag seemed light and sure enough my Dave’s Double was missing. I went to go back to the restaurant but the car I had just took there wouldn’t start now! UGH! so I switch over into our other vehicle and plan to deal with the car later. I get back to the drive through and of course I don’t have my receipt now either. I explain to the worker my situation and even try to show them on my app that I had just used a rewards to make this purchase. She cuts me off to tell me that my phone app information doesn’t matter, and demands to know exactly what I ordered and how much I thought I paid. She tells me that what I paid doesn’t make sense for what I ordered…. I USED THE REWARDS FOR $2 OFF!!! ???? She still couldn’t understand after I explained my rewards again and still didn’t want to see my app on my phone. I JUST wanted the sandwich I paid for. She then said I could pull up and wait by the door while she took the other customers orders, and THEN she could could go back and look at previous orders in the system. I had already waited in line to get back to this spot to where I was at. I wasn’t goin to wait longer. I could tell the other two employees I saw feared her anger, bitterness, and complete disregard for customer service. I spoke to the guy who originally took my order when I pulled up. after I told him and he let her know his demeanor completely changed.

I found the receipt the following day. I DEFINITELY paid for it. Even if I had the receipt she would have just said I already ate it or I’m hiding it or something crazy. THE WORST WENDYS EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
Someone needs to speak to the manager her name is Sarah I came in around 6:30 and I understand you want it is a fast food restaurant but you don't be rude to people.! You have to be polite to Hispanic people when they cannot understand English
My grandson and I went to the ???? drive thru. Wyatt wanted chicken ???? nuggets, and I wanted a baked ???? potato with broccoli ???? and cheese. A swirl frosty chocolate and vanilla. They don't have very many options for vegetarians besides ???? ???? ???? ???? different salad's. There were several employees not sure how to use the app because on Wednesdays, you always get free nuggets, and you can get a 6 or 10 pieces with any purchase free
