Not sure why, but the dining room was closed at around 7 pm and only the drive thru was open. On a Saturday? Odd. Food was good but the fries were cold. And if my wife hadn’t got a hold of the staff I’m not sure we would have got our food. It was just very odd.
This is my favorite Wendy's. They always get my complicated order right. I order on the app and the wait is never long. Wendy's seems to have maintained quality across locations better than other fast food places. This location has kept great customer service.
Every so often i am thinking of nothing but a Dave's Double burger. I hate doing things through a car window so I went inside to order. The enthusiastic gal running the show announced I should wait because they were busy at the drive through, i mean; what else is new? Fast food, busy on a Friday evening... I ordered my burger, she got it for me in no time, overall the visit and the burger were great...
The burgers were not prepared as ordered burgers were old and burnt, strawberry lemonade was not enough flavor it was straight up ice and lemonade and for 25.00 could of gotten Chinese or Mcdonalds cheaper and fresher. 2nd time in a month the food was horrible threw half a boaconator away the 1st visit. Horrible will not go back again.
The cashier was very sweet. She brewed fresh coffee and brought it to me.
Went thru drive thru, a little slow but seems like young teens working so to be expected. The fries were the hottest I'd ever had ao they were actually good. Order was right, can't complain.
Ordered a Dave's single for my better half. She's got a dairy allergy bad enough we'd end up at the hospital if she ate dairy, breaks out in a rash if she even touches dairy products. Asked for only lettuce pickles and onion on it. Should have had no cheese, no sauces just bun patty and those three toppings. Didn't get that order right even after they were told twice. You can't go inside to get it correct have to go through the drive through again. Girl who took the order, gave attitude upon having it pointed out that she didn't listen and the order was wrong. $20 for a meal for each of us and then get attitude when you mess up the order enough to put her in the emergency room? You people want $15 an hour and you cannot just listen to a simple customer request for someone with a food allergy? Wendy's people I hope you read this, you're our favorite fast food place and we know you can be better than this.
The employees at the window were awesome. The gentleman who served me my food through the drive through was super nice and had great customer service skills. Not quite sure where he was from as he did have a very cool accent, but he went above and beyond to thank me for my business.
