Ordered from uber eats, probably won't get food from wendys ever again cause I don't understand how you can miss a core ingredient such as a beef patty.
I enjoy the food, but I'm a bargain hunter. Their app is not the easiest to use. You must first load any offer you want ( and only one per order ) then go to the menu and order the exact matching item or the offer doesn't apply. About half the time I end up abandoning the coupon because it comes up not valid with no explanation. And whatever you do, don't try to change your method of payment while you're ordering. It will fight you every step and will lose your order and make you start over
Friendly service, sometimes there is a wait in the drive-through. Food is very well put together and a fast food favorite!
This was my first return to this Wendy's location in quite awhile. I was very impressed. The Frosty was as creamy and delicious as I remembered, as was the chili. I also discovered a new favorite. Queso Fries! The service was excellent and we carried out. This morning I door dashed breakfast for my family. It too was delicious. Top marks all around!
receiving expired anything from a restaurant is gross and telling on how frequently you check your stock. 2 months expired? crazy.
The burger and fries were fine, spicy nuggets were not good like normally. Was annoyed they didn't have any condiments stocked, both ketchups were out. No one greeted anyone or communicated when mobile orders were ready. They don't use the actual mobile shelf they have. The line was so long and barely anyone staying on the register.
After waiting in the ridiculously slow moving line of only 5 cars ahead of us. We ordered 3 biggie bags. 2 with grape soda and 1 with root beer. A very simple order. Once we got to the window (45mins later), they verbally verified what we ordered, and it was totally not our order. They couldn't find our order after searching for 10mins they said it would be easier if we just parked and ordered inside! I don't understand why they couldn't just make a new order and give it to us there. Or just give us what we ordered.
We were too tired and hungry, so we just went to DQ drive through, and it was quick and delicious
As I walked in there were three people up at the counter and then the person I was with and then me. After 15 minutes, one of the people at the counter left saying their lunch break is almost over so they're going to another establishment for food. The cashier kept announcing they were the only one up at the counter, but four people were there. Making food and various other things. She helps the two remaining people at the counter after losing an order for a mobile order.
Taking my friends order, they asked for a double stack with cheese. She asked multiple times what meal. He clearly stated no meal. She shrugs her shoulders and says "I'm just going to put the number one". Then asks what drink he wants. He did not want the meal. He told the person several times just the burger. After five minutes he is able to complete his order of a burger and chili.
Now me. I ask for the $5.00 biggie box.
I asked for the jr bacon cheese burger one. She asks if I wanted anything else.
Yes, to modify my sandwich.she asked me what I meant by that and I said I want to take things off of my sandwich and add extras. She was like oh you want to customize your sandwich. So I tell her I want it dry, add extra onions. She looked at me confused and asked why dry onions were. So we spent 5 minutes going over each and every thing I wanted on a jr bacon cheeseburger.
Do you want the meat? Uh.. yes.
Do you want the bacon? Yes. It's a bacon cheese burger
Do you want mayo? No.. I said dry.
Do you want onions? Well yeah I asked for extra onions.
After each thing written down to the salt and pepper on the meat she finally gets it in correctly.
We finally get our orders. We do have conditions where we need to eat or it can not be so great. 30 minutes waiting in line for all that.
I am not expecting my food the second I walk in the door by any means, but it should not take 30 minutes for that
