The McDonald’s on Market Avenue in Canton is the absolute worst. The higher too many teenagers who are in the back all the time doing. God knows what – probably smoking weed in the walk-in, getting drunk, not to mention they are so rude to their customers and I’m not sure how I understand how difficult it is to put extra pickles and extra onions on a burger. My family and I frequent this often, especially for breakfast but the way we were treated today, you will never get a dime of our money. And we ate there almost daily. The only decent employee you have going for you. there is Edward at the front window Are lucky to have him. He is very personable and never gives back the wrong change like 40% of your employees do as I know they are pocketing the change as a matter effect I saw it for my own eyes. My husband came through there about 30 minutes ago , and the food I got isn’t even worth of feeding my dogs . I am a food vlogger do some freelance writing/reviews for local restaurants – including franchise restaurants, and you, Wendy’s the bottom of the list. You may have spruce the place up, but just because you put make up on a pig, doesn’t make it pretty. Plus also I understand inflation, blah blah blah But sometimes all people can afford is a biggie bag to feed themselves on and you jack the price two dollars you are the man. Wendy’s- you ARE the absolute worst of the worst of fast food chains. Will be my personal mission amongst many others to have you end up just like Arby’s across the street from you !!!

Rhe food is pretty good with Wendy's. Just tried their new orange frosty and is fantastic. They didn't give me a straw for it is my only complaint. The new grilled chicken wrap is awesome and will be back for more of those.
Seems that they have not worked all the kinks out from just being newly opened. Drive thru is always a long wait time... Seems as though most of the kids that work there are always joking around laughing talking to each other not seemingly to do what's supposed to be getting done and a lot of times you'll notice the managers just hanging around with them you think that they would train them to be more like efficient and let's get this work done talk later but that's work ethics these days I guess it's kids just don't have it. Every time I've gone to get a chocolate Frosty they're always telling me that Frosty machines Frozen and would you like another flavor it's like no I want the original and now it's starting to make me feel like when I go to McDonald's and I always say the ice cream machines out well now Wendy's is saying pretty much the same damn thing. SMH
This location always gets my order right...and quickly, at that! I will say likely because of proper staffing and a team that's a well-oiled machine. Other locations and restaurants should take notes from this Wendy's location.
this is the SECOND time this has happened. i wanted the loaded nacho chicken sandwich. what do i get? a loaded nacho cheeseburger. the chicken sandwich showed it was available on the app. clearly your employees don’t pay attention to what customers are ordering.
Completely messed up my order. When I sent my wife to have them fix it she got attitude and disrespect instead. Very unprofessional. Won't be going back any time soon!!!
The manager of this establishment makes this an enjoyable experience. She is super friendly, takes charge if someone is not available and shows her employees that every position is important to the establishment running smoothly.
It seem like ever time I go to this location they always mess up my order. It's so.ething missing or not the right meal size when I paid for an upgrade. Then when u get to the window and let them know they get an attitude. I'm like your food cost to much for me to miss out on what I have already paid for just fix my order.
