Horrible food , rude workers, everytime i order from them something is messed up, i orders a biggie bag with spicy nuggets and a additional spicy chicken sandwich NO TOMATO, they gave me a spicy sandwich with barely any mayo , no lettuce , terribly cold fries that i wouldn’t even feed to my dog , regular nuggets with no sauce that i asked for, my Jr bacon cheeseburger didn’t come with anything but mayo as well, and i know they just switched over to lunch so why is my food so horrible and fries cold like thwy have been sitting over night? I have work in customer service with food for 6 years and this was the worst experience I have came across. And when I called the store to ask about why my order was so trash she hung up on me and wouldn’t pick up the phone, I just spent $26 on this food and its horrible.
The manager at 5pm is extremely incompetent. Doesn't understand his job as much as the customers do which is embarrassing considering he is a manager, but as his employees attempt to take orders, he interrupts them being rude and should probably be demoted to fry guy while his workers become his boss as they actually have customer service and he doesn't, but also explains why he's an adult still working a job meant to be for students. Won't order from this location again if he's there as he looks like the type of disrespectful person that would spit in peoples food
Can someone please tell me how this Wendy's is still in business? ???? I promise you, it is last resort if I stop here. Food is mediocre, never great. Service is ALWAYS awful. You wait in the drive thru for 10-15 minutes, just to get the wrong order. These people seriously don't know what they're doing most of the time. They are always out of something, whether drinks or food items. Ridiculous. Just seems gross and I haven't even been on the inside, so I can't begin to imagine???? I requested a refund for my last order because they gave me the complete wrong order and then still didn't give me the right amount of nuggets I ordered, but surprise surprise, I still haven't received the refund. ???? Just save yourself the time and headache, don't go here. :)

the employees are incredibly rude, they don’t even let you finish your order without saying “anything else?” ; my Fiancé had ordered a bacon cheeseburger and there was no bacon on it, when we informed the employee he told us they were out of bacon although he didn’t state that when we ordered the burger. so as most people would, my fiancé asked for his money back or compensation considering we just spent 10$ for the meal.
the employee barely let us finish our sentence before he told us he couldn’t give refunds or do anything for us and slammed the window. considering your job is customer service you should probably treat people better. he did advise us that his manager would be in the next day and trust me when i say they will be hearing from us. the manager and owner of this store should be incredibly disappointed. do not ever eat at this Wendy’s, i will always tell people to not stop at this location. horrible experience.
AWFUL service, the person taking my order had a terrible attitude and was extremely rude. Not only that, but they were out of so many things in which ranged from soft drinks, to chicken sandwiches. When I got my food, I didn’t have part of what I had ordered which really topped the whole experience off. Awful service but undeniably delicious food.
The salads were all gone.
The fries tasted like they were cooked in dirty oil and they were all broken up into pieces.
I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, but they gave me a breaded one.
It took forever to get our food, and it was terrible.
Pull up to the speaker and let them know I have a mobile order. Worker then says ‘are you gonna pull up?’… first ???? I proceed to pull up just for them to tell me they don’t have the cookies I ordered and they have a truck coming tomorrow ( why on earth would they allow me to order something they’re out of ??????? ) I was then told I can cancel my order and go to another location. Just my luck I try to cancel and it won’t let me due to the order already being processed. I tell the worker who then says he’s gonna get his manager. I’m waiting… and waiting just to see the worker working on something else. I get his attention he then says again he’ll go get his manager. Manager comes tells me to pull forward. So I’m waiting… and waiting some more. Just for him to come out and say oh we do have cookies it’ll be 6 minutes to make… so y’all lied ???????? at this point I’ve been here this long go ahead and make em. 6 minutes turned into 30 just to be given hockey pucks. Just straight trash. Don’t pump the breaks for this location. Keep it movin sweetie if you know what’s best for you ????
I've now stopped at this Wendy's multiple times for breakfast on the way back from taking my kiddo to school. It was 7:40 today, they open at 6:30 and it let me place an online order for that location. But I get ignored at the drive though, each time. Once I give up and pull around there is staff inside, no note or anything saying drive through is closed. Dinning room is closed, why is my order not being taken? Poor service are also some how out of nuggets the last three of five times I've placed an order, why is it letting me order from there then if you are out. Never have had any of this happen at other locations. Go to a different Wendy's
