I only saw young people and there was some bickering where the very loud music was in the back. Then there was some bickering in the front. It took a long time to get any food no one was rushing. I think they need to tidy up a little bit more as well. The girl and then the other girl that took my order was very nice but I think there needs to be a little more structure.
This is easily the worst Wendy's location there ever was. I just sat in the drive thru for 10+ minutes. People behind me in the drive thru left! Every time I go there is an issue. It is either the credit card scanners are down, or they take long, etc. The girl who took my order was nice. Otherwise, get it together!
Ordered food ahead of time online. When we got to the drive through no one was saying anything I waited a good 15 minutes, decided to pull off and cancel the order, as I’m driving by I see some idiot just standing there staring at the screen doing nothing just looking like he was staring at the monitor. This is the second time this has happened and I’m planning to call corporate and placing a complaint, because the first time I let it slide it never happened before. Also they were supposed to be open easter and no one was there and again placed order online. If they were closed you wouldn’t have been able to place an order at all. So expect a call to your coorp office Wendy’s ????????
Fries we not hot and crispy they were warm, soggy and in little pieces. The burger was overcooked and the employees couldn't have hated their job anymore. No wonder it was empty????
Went in for breakfast and they had me waiting 15 minutes over "biscuits" mind you I was the only one there. The cashier told me to pull to the front it would be right out then proceeded to have me wait and when i requested a refund refused to provide one. There is a young man there with tattoos on his neck and all on his right arm that qas extremely rude amd they didn't even provide all my food. Would never come back amd would love to talk to management over the training they r providing these workers
Dining area was filthy and they where slow... No one else but us, no one in the drive thru and no one making an effort to clean and wipe tables. Several staff members just sitting in a car out front.
They have 0% service for taking out the order. Such people do not work here. Wendy's administration is sleeping here. Who is the owner of this place?
Ordered 2 frosty's and got warm brown liquid soup.Window lady was super nice. They lost a customer though. No way you don't know this IS NOT a Frosty when you're filling the cup. Unless you're the lady walking around on the phone at work.
