The food is amazing. But the food doesn’t compare to my man FRANKIE. I’m gonna have to learn his schedule and only come when he’s there because he’s the best worker I’ve ever seen. He even offered me extra ketchup packets. Every time I pull up I’m hoping to have this man be the one to hand me my food. Frankie you’re the best Wendy’s worker I’ve ever encountered. Frankie deserves a raise the way he brings the place to life. Frankie even offered to pay for my food one day. That man is a gem. That guys John’s cool too
I came here with my family for a quick dinner after a softball game, and ended up regretting it instantly.
Not only was the service spotty and rude, but I was shorted multiple items that I ordered. Here’s the list.
* One “Girls” value meal toy
* One “Boys” value meal toy
* BOTH value meal juice boxes
* A Medium fries
* 2 Dave’ Double Sandwiches
That is to say that I paid for all the above items and just…didn’t get them. They weren’t included in the bag and the servers were so rude and discourteous that they rushed us to drive off and so we left without roughly $20 worth of PAID items.
The lack of service we received and just the sheer amount of mistakes to our order ensure that we will never visit this, and likely any, Wendy’s ever again.
Customer service was horrible. Messed up my order, charged me for stuff I didn’t order and didn’t get what I ordered when asked about it the lady threw an attitude. Still didn’t get my order right and tried to call when I got back home and they wouldn’t let me talk to manager. Put me on hold and then kept hanging up on me.
The service is terrible. This employee doesn't even know how to use the redeem coupon in the system. She doesn't even ask the manager for help. If she doesn't know how to do it, why don't just ask someone for help , I spent a long time working in the cash register. It wasted a long time. The calculated money did not match the money in my coupon. They wanted to charge more money more not as coupon. She really need to be trained properly. Don't pretend to understand.

Staff was rude with attitude, from ordering at that menu to both the first window and the last window, staff was rude.
I ordered 3 crispy chicken sandwiches with the Biggie Deal.
Didn’t realize till I got home that they gave me 3 JR. Bacon Cheeseburgers.
I don’t eat bacon or anything pork.
So I basically had my time wasted and over $20s of food wasted. Overall horrible experience.
Was only able to eat the fries and nuggets. And had to throw out the rest.

FRANKIE IS BY FAR THEE BEST WORKER I EVER SEEN AT WENDYS!! Frankie truly brings a certain sunshine to the drive thru and makes it a way more fun experience. He puts a smile on both me and my boyfriend every single time. Frankie is upbeat, energetic, and passionate about his work. I can’t express enough how much Frankie really embodies the essence of a perfect worker. Frankie literally is the reason i look forward to going to Wendy’s.
Long drive home ????. Drive thru was fast and the two that helped us had great customer service and funny. Axle & I forgot the other guy name. Damn ????????
Exactly what you'd expect from a Wendy's. Incredibly average, not anything special. Staff is friendly and efficient.
