Been here alot before. Ate inside this week . The server behind the counter named Sam was awesome. She gave us the best customer service we've had in awhile. All the food is consistently good from here. EXCEPT for the salad. Had a salad here twice now. The chicken always seems kinda old and dried up. Everything else is usually on par. This is one of my preferred restaurant chains for fast food. They have a electronic kiosk to place your order at. Also they did run out of chilli when we were there.
Showed up with a bunch of others on a Friday at 8:15. We were the only ones there. No one would show up to take the first order. We tried the kiosk. Ridiculous, finicky machine. After SEVERAL minutes, someone showed up to take a single order. Disappeared for another few minutes. I watched the FOUR others either stand around or walk as slowly as you can imagine. As the rest of us placed our orders at an excruciating pace, we found out that they were out of salads, potatoes, frosties, a kind of chicken, and other things. Also, there were SEVERAL mistakes in our orders, and it took forever to remedy those mistakes when we brought it to their attention. Awful experience.
Entered store around noon to order lunch. Young lady wearing baseball cap backwards was working the register. A customer who apparently knew her was the only other person there. They carried on a lengthy conversation but he wasn't ordering food and although she saw me standing behind him I was being completely ignored. After approximately 5 minutes I asked if I could order food. She said I could order using the app to order if I was in a hurry. I said I wanted to order thru her. Although I had been patient and didn't raise my voice she said "I don't know why you are getting mad". I replied, "I don't know why the two of you would continue a lengthy conversation and ignore a customer". I walked out and will never return.
The fries were soggy burgers were just thrown together. We are from out of state and thought our Wendy's is great let's try Auburn.
We arrived at 7pm. One person was working the counter, two in back. We were left standing at the register for over 15 minute before our order was taken. I specifically asked for extra mustard..not a drop was on my burger. The floor in the food prep area was a mess and the trash right next to the fries area was overflowing and spilling out onto the floor. Guy at the counter was very flustered. He certainly needed help. Fries were hot, but burgers were luke warm at best. Frosty machine only produced pink milk for a peppermint frosty. Trash cans around eating area looked like they had not been emptied in days and were overflowing. All in all, a disgusting experience...should have walked out.
The people here are fun to watch, they seem to get a long well with each other. The food is always fresh, if it isn't they will be more than happy to correct it for you.
It's depends some days are good and there on time and everything is flowing smoothly then other time there all messed up and I wait for food that I ordered ahead of time on the app and go there mins after I was already supposed to get my food and it still not done and some days food is messy and other days it's on point just depends who's working I guess but overall I eat here everyday for lunch when I was up there so it was good food only had one burger that was a little red or bloody.. I always get the baconator
Dining room cold. No condiments out for use. Staff not very friendly. Food obviously has been made ahead and sitting under warmer light.
