We went there for dinner and got over charged by at least $12.. got rang up for 3 classic chicken at $6.19 ea. Instead of the crispy chicken sandwich at $2.59.. girl at the count felt bad.. I was not upset until the manager on duty informed me that she could not issue me a refund until I called the NEXT day to speak with the GM. Other wise food was good. But the actions of the manager could have been better by refunding the overcharge immediately instead of holding my money until I speak to the GM.
Food was hot and delicious. Workers were friendly. The only problem was the floor was sticky by the counter. The Coca-Cola machine button would stick causing the drink to overflow the cup. Other than that not bad!
I would give them negative stars if I could. Sat in the drive thru today 3/29/24 @ 530 pm. Told the girl at the intercom three times I wanted a single cheeseburger with everything but ketchup. Low and behold after waiting forever for our food, the one sandwich had nasty ketchup all over it!!!! Couldn't eat it cause I'm allergic to ketchup. Thanks Wendy's for charging for me over $12 for two sandwiches and I could only eat one. Totally unacceptable for a two burger order. How can you screw that order up??? Poor customer service for sure! This place really lacks custom service! Won't be back!
First of good news,.. staff was amazing Tracy. My order taker encountered something she didn't know and she did what she was supposed to do and declined but then was willing to offer asking the manager which I wanted she did. She was polite. The money taker was polite. Even the manager was polite, but if six stores from my house to my work can do this. A simple request. I'm not sure why it was such a big deal,.. The parking lot was clean. The building looked great and the food was amazing. Their little buttery biscuit wasn't stale and whether it's food science or not. It was awesome and the french fries/ breakfast potatoes were hot right out of the grease. Not what I wanted but they were tasty,... The reason for the two star is because I pass approximately seven Wendy's on the way home or on the way to work and all of them can add the garlic butter sauce to the fries. Some charge 50 cents okay. Some do for free no problem. But this store said nope. Don't have it. It's lunch item. We don't do it. Little confusing,.. but overall it's a great store. Probably would have had a 5.0 just don't like some lame excuse about a sauce that they can't do when I'm a manager myself for a restaurant group and very are things you can and can't do and a sauce isn't one of them
Walked in to an empty dining room to see cashier sitting on the counter scrolling through her phone. No one ever greeted us. Took a bit for anyone to get motivated to mosey over to the register. After a couple people took turns re-programming the register, we were finally acknowledged with “for here or to go?” No “hello” no “kiss my butt”, nothing. Verbalized my order about 4 times in order for the girl to comprehend what we wanted. Took it to go. I guess the Big Bacon Classic doesn’t actually come with bacon. Maybe you have to specify that you DO want bacon on the Big Bacon Classic. My bad for assuming, I guess. Fast food workers should be paid about fifty cents an hour for all the good they are. I can’t wait for the day that all low level workers are replaced by robots. Never tip these people.
I have been coming to this Wendy’s for years. It has gone downhill. Today I walked in because if there are more than 2 cars in the drive-thru you will be waiting 30 min. Walked in to one of the nastiest restaurants I’ve ever been too. I ordered a Summer strawberry salad. They gave me a salad container 1/2 full of salad and 5 strawberries halves. I asked them to remake it with all the ingredients it’s listed with on the website. They remade it still the container is only half filled. Which wouldn’t be a problem but If I paid 3 dollars for it, but I paid 9 dollars. Easily enough I will not be going back to this restaurant due to time and time again being in long when there is a total for 3-4 cars. Food is typically disappointing and orders are 75% likely to be messed up. Really hope they can clean this restaurant up so I can enjoy it again because there aren’t many restaurants in Ross to choose from.
It's gotten to the point where places stand out if they do what they're supposed to do. Food, service, and cleanliness. They checked all of the boxes. Some of the restaurants nearby can not claim the same.
The last few times Ive gone to Wendy's they closed early and wouldn't serve me. Then I come in the morning, there are two staff members outside smoking but then tell me they don't have enough staff to be open (45 minutes after they were supposed to open) then I payed for large sized items and only got small sized items. They do not care at all here and it's very obvious.
