Stopped for lunch and to my surprise the inside of the building was closed. Excellent food tho! Not sure if under staffed or just a new thing.
Miserable. Can not dine in due to a staff shortage. But it's been like that for a couple months now. Employees are not nice. In my opinion, this store needs shut down. I'll drive 5 miles out of my way to go to another Wendy's.
This is a real old school looking and feel to this Wendy's the guy taking the order was FAST like snatch my money, talked fast, handed the change shovingly. Thanks again. Will go to the other across town next time.
I was employed for roughly two weeks , I called them yesterday to let them know I was having a bit of difficulty with my babysitter,I was completely disrespected over the phone which made me question the team I was working for to then being texted today saying that if i dont show up by 4:15 i was no longer an employee , i let them know at 4:13 that i quit. I spent most of my time when I was clocked in running for everyone , doing everything from making Fry's and nuggets to taking orders in front line to running things ourside for the window... If you're looking for a job Wendy's on East Fairmont probably isnt the best option.
They did not have enough employees to be open. They only wanted to wait on drive thru. We waited 20 minutes on are burgers and 15 minutes on our fries never again.
The service was bad. Employee could not sove a problem instead she asked me to come the second day to talk to the superintends although I explained I am not living in the area. I was trveling. I left the order for them after paying.
This branch is Not recommended at all. Bad service and bad attitude...
I actually work here and my co workers are very friendly
I just don’t understand how hard it is to make a chocolate ice coffee. Like were is the ice. And it don’t even taste good. Don’t waste you money at this place. Every time I go there my order is always messed up.
