The image shows what you get when you ask for a Dave's single with only lettuce and tomato, or at least what today's version is. This store is VERY hit or miss. On 3/15 I asked for a Dave's single with only lettuce and tomato. The cashier correctly notated this, but the kitchen staff needs to pay better attention to make orders.
ALSO: I never get hot food from here while ordering delivery. It's really cool.
This location has really gone downhill in the last year or so. If you order at the drive through or via the mobile app they always mess it up. Things have been left out every time I’ve ordered at this location within the last year. Service is super slow all the time. They do have a few nice people on the staff but ONLY a few. This is the third time I’ve tried ordering their “party pack” of nuggets and this is the third time they have shorted me by 10 nuggets in the order! I’ll drive over to Niles and order from that location from now on. This is ridiculous.
Currently sitting in line for 15 minutes waiting on a breakfast burrito.. I've come to this Wendy's three different times and every time they mess up my order. Or it takes me anywhere between 15 to 20 minutes to get one person to go through the drive-thru window
Manager is super nice !! My son loved his happy meal toy and the manager gave him a second one to play with while eating .. amazing vest Wendy's yet !
I went there late at night to get a meal. I spent 11 dollars for their asiago chicken sandwich meal, went home, took two bites and noticed a bug on the lettuce of my sandwich. So glad I didn't bite into that! It looked like it was cooked into it, and not only was it a bug, it looked like a roach! Beware!
Let’s face it: It’s fast food, so the bar is relatively low. But considering that, the service was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was ready pretty quickly, and all six of the people in our party got exactly what we ordered and were happy with the food. I call that a major win in the world of fast food. Way to go Wendy’s of Youngstown, OH
The food was good. The service was good. It was Wendy's nothing special.
Apple Pecan salad is usually delicious, but this time half of the greens were not fresh, some pieces were black and slimy. I picked them out and ate the rest of the salad which was fine. I was in a hurry so didn’t have time to wait in line to complain to an employee. One more disappointment was that all the trash cans were very full, making it difficult to throw away my trash. The workers there were always busy, so it seems like they are short-staffed if no one has time to empty the trash cans.
