I asked for no onion, BBQ sauce and no ice I got everything i didn't want. Ranch, ice and onion. Honestly this is why fast food is looked at like a joke cause they hire people that can't follow simple requests.
You have to fix the DEEP pot holes all across your parking lot. Ironically right across the street is a Value Hardware Store where you can purchase Asphalt Cold Patch and fix it yourself today. This $100 fix will cost you much less than just one car repair. Consider yourself notified publicly for prosecution purposes.

The cashier and lady serving our food was ignorant to my mother and very unprofessional rude and stated “ I don’t know how to use the app, and it’s not my problem”. At approximately 7:20 pm on 5/14/24
Every single time I have a doordash from this place they can't seem to figure out what the BBQ sauce looks like. I legit get random sauces but NEVER THE DAMN BBQ I ordered.
I had great service at Wendy's. The youth at the window was respectful and the service was quick.
We went to this place for lunch last weekend, and the service was not good at all. There were five of us, and the tables were not clean. The food came quickly, but some of us needed sugar, sauce, and coffee stirrers( these were not accessible for us at the counter). We asked for these at different times and the lady at the cashier offered a plastic knife to stir the coffee and said this is all they had. The second time another person asked for sugar and sauce and they didn't seem willing to help. It was a bad experience overall and wont be coming back to this place.
Currently sitting here for 30 minutes with barely any cars in line, because the staff thinks sitting around socializing is more important than taking care of customers…worst location by far
