Guy taking order was polite and quick, clear speaking, perfect choice for order taker. Lady at window was rude, would not speak, slammed window when I spoke to her. Food was ready quick and by time I got home was sloppy. Fries were only thing good, shocking because usually there not.
I ordered from door dash along with making a point that I wanted a fresh patty the manager assured me that all of the food Is being fresh so I said ok so now I get the food and it's burned and cold I am beyond pissed can't take it back don't have a car that's why I had it dash
Went through drive through and waited 20 min.. finally got my food and it was wrong and missing items. The drive thru line was still wrapped around the building. Tried to walk in but they had the door locked. We attempted to call several times before the “manager” finally answered. We advised of the missing items and he said the lobby is closed go back through the drive thru.. So waited another 20 min in the drive thru line. Finally get to window again, and she didn’t even apologize, she slammed the door window said I need a large fry and swing the window back open and handed it out without saying a word. If you can’t perform your simple job then quit.. customer service has went down hill! Whatever they are being paid is too much for the type of poor customer service and just complete lack concern. Poor management and poor quality. No wonder why Wendy’s is closing left and right..
We walked in for lunch today and when I took a step in the lobby the floor was so dirty I almost slipped. We went to the counter and decided to order. The kitchen had employees back there that were scrambling around acting like no one knew what they were doing. Filthy kitchen as well. This place is newer and shouldn’t be so out of shape. Despite all of that, we did get our meal. The food did taste good to our surprise. I do not think we will be back to this location.
This was a drive-through visit so I have no idea how the atmosphere inside is like. The service was fast The window personnel were pleasant and actually looked me in the eye. The food was as expected and enjoyable.
It was right in the middle of lunchtime and the dinning room was locked. Just the Drive Thru was open.
I have seen this before in other stores of this Franchise in the River City area. Obviously who ever runs the place doesn't care about customers coming in.
The Wendy's in Crystal Springs does this often as well.
The Franchisee needs to buckle down and get it together.

I live in Georgia and when I come to this area of town I always stop at this Wendy’s to eat. The restaurant is always clean, friendly staff, great service and food, but the sweet tea is always on point. The hamburgers are hearty not skimpy like most fast food restaurants.
This fast food is something else. Do not order for this one. You goin to wait or you order won't be complete. The manager is so rude... I was there twice to get my food. The manager said the truck is here loading and they're closed, it's like 11pm. On different days I got pick up orders for my customer's, the manager said there's no apple salad. One the 2nd different day the manager didn't even tell me there's isn't a salad available. Instead he told me everything is in the bag. So, I did the delivered & told the customer the same as I won't able to see if everything is there. Then Customer called me shortly sayin there's no salad. I went back asking the manager would be nice to let me know they out of salad etc...he repeatedly saying we dont have it, looks like he just dont wanna take the initiative to make one & leave it as it is.
Very bad experienced & services. LIKE I said... it is my true honesty if you want to go through it & take a chance to experience it your self, go right ahead. Good luck!!
