I am only giving this one star review after three bad experiences at this location. Here are recaps of the two most recent. Sunday night at little after 9 p.m. I went to the drive Thru. I waited in line for about 6 minutes while car after car sped away without placing an order. When I reached the speaker, I was told that they were only accepting cash.
When I said this was fine, because I had cash, I was met with silence. After calling out several times, I was able to place my order. They were clearly trying to avoid taking orders as evidenced by:
Saying they were out of menu items.
Serving directly out of food storage containers while leaving refrigerator wide open
Workers were talking and joking with each other, ignoring customers honking in the drive thru.
Yesterday I went back and was served burned yet cold nuggets, and a stale burger. I'm sad that there is no oversight by franchise owner.b
If I could give this place a zero I would... this store has completely gotten out of hand with its horrible service. Not only do they only do cash at night in hopes to get people to not order if you happen to have cash they will either be out of something you order or your food will be terribly cold and old. Not to mention it's all in their voice how annoyed they are that you are making them work in the first place ... avoid this location at all costs especially at night.
This location has gone down hill quick. I don’t know what’s going on over there but service has been absolutely awful and so has the food. Good luck going thru the drive thru after 7. They will say the POS system is down, the are out of everything, or they just flat out ignore you all together. It has happened to us several times already. We will not be going there anymore.
The food good is just they need to update the times if u planning on order online late bcuz whenever I have experience on ordering on the app it went thru but when I get to the restaurant it's close and the lights r off. Getting upset and wasting money but than that good place just need to update the time according.
We ordered a door dash pickup order on 1.4 .23. When we arrived at the pickup time the line was at least 12 cars long. We decided to wait because everything else was very busy because of the snow. After a good 30 mins in line we expected our order to have been sitting out the whole time. We could have not been more wrong the food was fresh and hot and the sodas were very refreshing. Good job to the team on this night. I'm.sure they were short handed and not ready for the rush. But the far exceeded our expectations
It’s 3:45 pm and I dined inside. My double HB was ready before I had a chance to sit down. Obviously premade. Fries were dried up. Took fries for replacement and got the same dried up fries. My burger bread was smashed. I ate half and finally fed up took my food back to show the poor quality. Manager said “You ate it”. And said “ I wasn’t going to give your money back anyway”. Do not go there. I was the only person in store. No I know why.
I ordered on DoorDash and the baconator fries were cold and the cheese wasn’t melted. They also didn’t give up straws or sauce for are nuggets. I have worked here before and honestly the service has gone down hill. The new employees don’t know what they’re doing at all.
The floor was sticky and there was water all around the condiments and the soda fountain. There was a lot of noise and loud commotion coming from the kitchen area. There was hip hop music coming from the sound system and there was different hip hop music coming from the kitchen. Both sources of music class with one another so neither could be enjoyed. The young lady who waited on us was very good, pleasant, helpful and efficient.
