With the price they charge per burger They should go ahead and check the quality of their product. I received today in order were the burgers had no condiments or seasoning they just taste plain we have to talk to the management instead of an apology. We receive excuses why the burger stand and taste good blaming on the third-party delivery. Where clearly the problem is the kitchen, burgers were good temperature just didn’t taste like Wendy’s
Bathrooms weren't locked. Food was good and hot. Chicken patty was a little smaller than the last one I got in Everett, but it was good once I added my extra honey mustard sauce, otherwise they're a little dry.
I love Wendy's food, this Wendy's has been amazing in the past (especially when April worked there). Now it's fallen off a bit. I would say one out of five times they forget something from my order. The people are great, the wait times are minimal and the food is usually good, just a little frustrating to get home and find out you've been shorted something. I hate being the person to check my bags in the drive-thru before leaving, which holds up everyone else, but I might have to start doing that. Still gets 4 stars for good natured employees and fast service.
Wendy's is just a little better then there competion they have a great system. Never frozen beef. I ate at Jack in the box and Wendy's is sure a lot better!
Food is fine, service is acceptable but atmosphere is trash because shift leads talk rudely about potential customers and can be heard from the front of the store. This: “well, we don’t start serving breakfast until tomorrow morning” in a snarky tone was promptly met with a reality check from me for the cashier to pass along - sometimes customers are curious about tomorrow’s menu. Obviously, since I was asking about a $2 discount from completing a survey, I was planning for my next visit. No need to talk behind customer’s backs, especially when the customer is aware that an associate is about to ask their manager a question and especially when customers are within earshot.
So normally Wendy's is amazing. But yesterday the person on the register was rude. This person should not be in a position to service the public. I normally don't use names but effy was rude to me and my family and was treating customers with disrespect. Even my children were asking why they were so rude. We will not be back until this person is in back working or at another job. Sorry
It's been a long time since i've been to a fast food restaurant where everything was actually fresh correct and tasted good

To be fair WENDY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE, day or night, is far SUPERIOR compared to their neighbor BURGER KING.
The line at night is still ludicrous (AFTER 7PM WHEN THEIR DINE IN HOURS CLOSE). I still believe that they should extend their dine hours, but that's just my opinion. They really try, smile, and get the orders out as best they can regardless of how busy or stressful their lines are.
SOME OF THE CUSTOMERS BE WILD, WHICH ANOTHER REASON WHY THEY DESERVE 4 STARS.
Wendy's employees be funny. They said they had someone waited in line to only order milk and got mad at them because they had to wait in line EVEN THOUGH WALMART, SAFEWAY, AND HAGGENS are right next door.
