I have never been so upset with a order in my life.
I got to the Wendy's at 2:55 pm on Saturday waste my money and had to wait about 20 mins in the drive though line with the wrong order not only that the order taker didn't even want to answer any of my question. I specifically ask for crispy chicken was given old grilled chicken wasted my 9 dollar salad. Then I was trying to ask question about the biggie bag they don't know the different between that and a 4 for 4. It took me 25 mins to get home I will never return again.
This is the first time I've ordered from Wendy's since their remodel.
I used their app to order breakfast and it was a good experience. My order was ready and I got a free sugar bun. The food was fresh and my drink was icy. Everything was just right. I will order again.
My meal was good but when I went for the cinnabon pull apart i see a piece of hair in my food…unacceptable.
This was the longest way I ever have. Waited in a drive-thru line about 40 minutes for food. I order my food through the mobile app to make it faster. Nothing about this is faster. I will never stop at this Wendy's again
at 7pm i ordered the big bacon classic and for a ff place it was DELICIOUS!! I expect sub-par food in ff place's but i was so surprised! whoever made our burgers they did it w heart!
Chicken patty isn't 1/2 thick it used to be thick and juicy now its thin and dry . It sucks. They give you less Chicken and charge more money. Atmosphere was kinda ghetto
Wow....... There were 8 people working that I could see, and things took forever. Then I got my cold fries! Seen them drop fries twice to reheat drive-through orders.
Update 11/24/2023
Remodel done now for 6 months or more. Frosty machine down, 1 of 2 soda machines down 100% and the other has no ice and missing 2/3 of the drink selections.....
So odd how the employees at this location put the we are closed message on at 10pm all the time. I pick my partner up, who works at Home Depot and for some reason they are always closed. I wonder if the owner/manager realizes that their employees don’t like to work, and seem to be getting away with it?!?! Oh well no Wendy’s for me I guess I have to go to a place where like doing their jobs and selling food and making money!!!!
