Stopped at this Wendy's because it was down the road from my tax appointment. I only went through the drive thru, so I cannot speak to the atmosphere or the interior of the Wendy's location. The drive thru staff seemed friendly, took my order correctly, food came out fast and accurate. No complaints regarding this location. Would visit again if I needed to.
The worst Wendy's around! I have never gotten my order correct here, no matter what I order. My main complaint is that I order NO CHEESE on my burger and EVERY time my burger comes WITH cheese ! I have complained to corporate multiple times and nothing changes. You have to specifically request a receipt or you won't get one. Done purposely most likely. Order takers at drive thru sound angry and very unfriendly. They also do not give you your total in drive thru, you have find out your total at the window. Today, my drive-thru order was messed up again ! This is the last time, I will NEVER go back here. Save your money and the headache and go ANYWHERE else for food except here.
If I could give them zero stars I would I just called to complain about a #10 Asiago ranch and the chicken smells like it’s gone bad and tasted bad as well I called to complain I live 30 minutes away from this wendys and they want me to take the sand which back to give me a new one or even give me a refund i told the lady I would take it tomorrow since I obviously live far and I have classes that start at 5pm and last 4hrs which give me no spare time to take it back the lady started saying that obviously if I took it back the next day it would be bad but why would I bother taking them a sandwich that according to her was good until the next day I obviously would’ve ate it if the chicken sandwich was good. But it stinks and tastes bad like if the chicken was rotten. The lady was also very rude with her comments although she did not insult me.
Typical fast food. I had the Asiago ranch chicken sandwich, pretty decent. Tasted like chicken. Also had the queso fries, not bad.
Ice machine I think was broken because there was no ice in my drink.

Came by this Wendy's to get a burger, nugget and fries. I live close enough for it to be quite convenient. I got my order from a chubby girl with colored hair, but did not look in the bag as I had confidence in her. It was not busy when I got there. When I got home I grabbed the bag and opened it. I saw the fries were missing and went back to get it. When I got there, I let the girl know. She mentioned 6 piece nuggets, which I didn't understand so I re-iterated missing fries. I even offered to drive around in case they needed time to prepare it. I handed her my receipt and as im watching her, her co worker walks up to her while she was putting my fries in the bag. I noticed an exchange between them. She gave her a look, but I didn't really care. It wasn't until I got home that I realized it was because she threw my fries in the bag upside down.
If I had seen it while at the window I would have requested a refund immediately. I called and left a message. I would say have her interact less with the customers, but God only knows what she would do if she was cooking the food.
Super good burger. We went there because of the late hour. Turns out, Wendy's has gotten a lot better since I had it last. Both my wife and I agreed on that point. Maybe it was just this location, but we thought it was one of the best burgers we had had in a long time. It was not full of grease and the meat was good. We would go back.
Long wait, subpar experience even for a Wendy’s. I pulled in behind one car that was placing their order, still took ten minutes. Asked for light ice and received a nearly full cup of it, so not follow instructions. Wish more places opened early so options weren’t so bad. Do better Wendy’s.
I ordered my food in the lobby the woman who took my order had a hard time understanding me she gave me my order wrong she had to call someone else to understand I asked her to speak to the order manager she told me that she was the order manager how can she have a manager in charge if he doesn't speak English and doesn't even understand English terrible service apart from that they gave me bad food because he no longer understood what I was talking abou
