Food was good... Unfortunately the app is not as easy to use as McDonald's, and when I try to figure out what was going on at the window, the young cashier had a serious attitude problem from the get-go. Manager standing behind her listening to the whole thing did nothing to correct the situation. It's unfortunate, because the food was not bad!
I know it's fast food so I guess I shouldn't expect much but seriously it looked like someone stepped on my burger. Bottom bun was split so the burger kept falling apart as I was holding it. Employees just don't care anymore. It's not like fast food is cheap anymore. Never again.
Ordered a burger no pickles and extra cheese. I received extra pickles and no cheese. I went inside and kindly asked for the correct sandwich. They made me a new sandwich. I got to my car and looked and it was cold. Like they took a spare patty and threw it together. Cheese wasn't even a tad bit melted. I gave up at that point. Took a bite and was like a hockey puck. No receipt either. Was bad...
I went through the drive-through. I ordered the $5.00 big meal with a fanta orange, light ice. My fries and chicken nuggets were cold, I got the bacon cheese burger. It was hot and pretty good. I asked for light ice, and I got a half cup. I threw the fries and nuggets away. It's my usual order. Unfortunately, I wasted my time and money this time.
came here to get a quick dinner. had to wait about 5 minutes before someone came up to the register to actually take our order, then when she did she rudely told us where to swipe our card. didn't even wait to hand us the receipt or anything, just walked away. didn't hand us cups to get drinks either. tried to go to the bathroom but they had the women's bathroom locked. when we finally had to ask them for our cups the drink machine was almost completely out of stock and didn't even work. finally we got our food and they didn't give us half of the stuff we asked for. also the people in the kitchen were cussing and looked at us when we were waiting for help but chose not to. don't go here.
I recently had breakfast at Wendy's and ordered the Breakfast Baconator with seasoned potatoes. The sandwich was good, especially when you're hungry. The bacon was crispy and the sausage was flavorful. The egg was ok and the cheese was melted nicely or was it cheese sauce? The seasoned potatoes were a bit dry and salty, but they were still good.
Overall, I would recommend Wendy's for breakfast if you're looking for a quick and satisfying meal.
It's a standard fast food restaurant. Although the bun, lettuce, onion, and tomatoe for the sandwich was fresh, I was left lacking because the burger itself was really thin. I must have went on the off day because the fries didn't taste like they were cooked in fresh oil e.g. after taste. Overall, it was a standard fast food restaurant during the lunch rush hour. The experience leads me to explore other restaurants in the area.
Do you even train your employees to know the difference between a single, double, triple? On three different occasions I've asked for a double and gotten a single. Didn't think two was a high enough number to lose count at.
