Food usually hot but very inconsistent. Frys are never near full maybe half full if lucky. Baconator had one single peace of bacon. Some people are not the nicest behind the counter. Few bad apples in there a few great workers. Unfortunately more negative experience here vs positive. They really need some bigger managers or corporate to separate in..... couple weeks later trying again and it's still the same. Not fresh half full frys. Corporate just doesn't care. Probably the worst wendys out of any. Save time go to another place for food. Yes that's supposed to be a large.
The lobby was clean and decorated for Halloween, but no tea out for customers. The food was really good and fresh , the service was a big let down. Young people with attitudes!!! This is a trend at Wendy’s restaurants all over the place.
I don't know what's going on with this location. The only time that food is decent is when one of the manager's are there and our food would be fresh. But the last couple of times, my burger was so dried out and crispy as if it was sitting in the warmer for a long time. This past visit my sister's fries were cold and our sandwiches were cold. We would've gone back, but didn't wanna take the risk.
This Wendy's location has become quite pathetic. We stopped here to pick up a quick meal on our way to a Christmas event. Before we placed our order, we specifically asked if they had baked potatoes. The young lady working the counter went back and checked, and she came back and confirmed they did indeed have baked potatoes.
At that time, we went ahead and placed our order. We ordered 6 meals. They fairly quickly got the majority of the order together and bagged. Well, that is where it all went wrong. We waited [with 97% of our order left sitting on the counter] for over 30 minutes. Why? Because they DID NOT have any baked potatoes. So, they were making these potatoes in the back in the MICROWAVE. They nuked the potatoes. They nuked them so bad that the potatoes were not even editable. Meanwhile, after they finally managed to get the baked potatoes done and put into our bag, we proceeded to check the order only to find the 97% of the food that was done and bagged sitting on the counter went completely COLD.
Every single time, we have been to this particular location in the last 6 months they have consistently done one thing right, and that is, they consistently screw up every single order. After this latest experience and others recently, we will not be returning to this location. Beyond unacceptable.
they forgot my fries and when I did get them they came with some sort of metal stuck to my fry I could not even eat them. Every time I come here they are understaffed and it takes around 10 minutes to get food. No not recommend
Hey Wendy’s owner, get off your toosh and get this fixed. Ordered 4 large chilies and got half full bowls of incorrectly made chilli. I am so tired of paying for trash food. Get with the expectation for the business or go get a different job. Laziness and sloppiness needs to stop. For today’s prices it’s not asking to much for decent food.
Suggestion: A member of management should have a conversation with Tanayah and get her personality and attitude in check if she is going to be doing customer service on the front counter. If she dislikes her job that bad, she either should be in the back or find a job that is more pleasant for her. The attitude that she serves customers with is unwelcomed and unacceptable.
Food was okay but my NEW nacho cheeseburger didnt have everything on it as shown on the picture and the bathrooms were very nasty and if the workers were more worried about cleaning and making our food right instead of being on there phones and obnoxiously loud then you probably wouldve gotten a 5 star rating other than that has a very nice drive thru and good for bob tail semis
