The service was excellent. The quality of the food has improved. The meat was fresh and juicy. My fries were hot and crispy as well as my nuggets. I was impressed this visit.
Just got a biggie bag with the bacon double cheese burger and the top hamburger pattie is burnt to a crisp
Well my burger was put together sloppy which doesn't make it easy to eat while driving and I requested lettuce and bacon on my daughter's burger, for which I was charged, but only received the lettuce. Not happy.
Didn't get my whole order, had to go back to the location & wait again for the item I wasn't given & they had an attitude with ME!?!?!?
It was Their mess up, not mine.
I, along with my family, usually love everything we order at Wendy's. However, this time, we didn't. My husband's single with cheese and everything (minus onion) came with onion, was greasy, and the meat seemed undercooked. The large order of french fries had just enough fries in the container to actually qualify as a small order. The three large chilis where greasy. Had this been a "dine in" order, we'd have asked for a refund but, it was a drive thru order taken to Winchester to be consumed.
I was very disapointed while the food was good the prices were outrageous. $17 for a hambuger for me and chicken nuggets fries and frosty for Grandaughter.
I know you have to make a profit but food doesnt cost that much. I know everywhere has raised prices but come on thats just highway robbery, outa range for ordinary folks, seniors who just wanna take a grandkid to Wendys .
I understand my little moneys just a drop in the bucket for whoever owns this place, and what I say doesn't mean a hill a beans but if we all banned together stopped paying and patronizing these places for good reason the cost would come down. It starts with me I'll cook at home thank you!
The food is always fresh even during supper and lunch,I recommend this wendys,the fries are really good if it's fresh or warm to me,I wish wendys was cheap like it was before covid but it's still affordable for me.
Short Staffed & Rude & didn't give me all of my order & I had to go back to pick it up inside & got nothing but attitude from them.
