I just took a bus load of students there for lunch. The staff were very patient as 11-13 year old kids tried to order (probably for the first time ever) with a limited amount of money their parents had sent with them. The cashier was so patient and gave the offers and explained the best deals, etc. The staff were efficient and communicated with each. Kuddos to them! I was very, very impressed today! Thank you Wendy's for finishing off our field trip with great food, great prices, and great employees!
I had an excellent experience at Wendy's! The food was delicious, the service was quick and friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend Wendy's for a tasty and convenient meal. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

He was very kind and the best I can explain it, was he acted like he owned the business. As in he wanted to do everything perfect so we would come back again to his store.

The rest of the staff was accommodating as well.
They gave my food in quick timeing. The employees were so kind and for the meal I got, it was waaaaay less expensive than McDonald's.
Just left this Wendys location, the young lady seemed rude while taking my order and kept repeating would that complete your order which made me feel entirely rushed, as I approached the second window to pay to the manager almost in front of me asks was I charged extra for the sauce I received and I took that overly unprofessional like 55cent sauce would even matter to my $30 something meal then low n behold when I get home i have uncooked fries all in all. This is the worst location and the last time they’ll receive my service
This Wendy's is the worst I've ever ordered food from. Every time they've messed up the order. Every. Single. Time. It's a great business model to constantly have their customers pay for items they don't receive. The managers are full of excuses and pass blame to delivery drivers. Never order from this location ever. You will not get your full order, or if you're lucky enough to get the whole order, it'll still be wrongly prepared and likely cold.
Every time I order for pickup something is missing. Tonight they forgot the potato a bacon double stack, and a junior cheeseburger. The staff is very uninterested in their jobs and do less than the bare minimum. I think that whole store needs to be fired and new, energetic and attentive workers need to be brought in.
*Update: Just finished and i have a weird fishy aftertaste on my breath and i feel sick. Do not eat here lol.
Cold burgers. Only nuggets were good. Ran out of mango lemonade flavoring, wouldnt let me substitute for strawberry only plain lemonade. Didnt even fill it up all the way, and filled the cup with ice. Unsure if bc of those stupid portion machines they have at fast food now. Terrible sizes/portion for price ("Large" frosty is a medium size cup. Even Mcdonalds has a bigger shake size). The workers are nice otherwise, but they need to up the quality here. Corporate is also to blame. Sticking to BK for my fast food lol. The one on New York and Farnsworth is great.
