Ordered mobile carryout for asap because I was in a rush. Upon arriving restaurant was locked and employee made me go through drive-thru. It was a half an hour line and food was cold when I finally got it. Employees are working hard but store is understaffed / poor management. Please turn off mobile ordering if you won't actually let me get food. I would have left for different restaurant but had already paid in app.
If I COULD give THEM 0 STARS I WOULD. I ordered in the app. Well after waiting 20 minutes. I was finally told I had ordered from the wrong Wendy's.(2 locations about 5 miles away from one another off 86th st.)
I was on lunch at work and asked if I could just order there and I would get my money back later on for 1st incorrect order in app. The two people who had told me I ordered from wrong place just walked away. Super rude and I'm not really sure why. So I left without any food. I won't be returning to any Wendys after this fiasco
I would venture to say this is the worst Wendy’s in America. Doors are locked (probably because they haven’t cleaned inside in months ) forcing everyone to use the drive thru where they take one order and do not take another order until the previous person has paid and received food. Their goal is to help as little people as possible. I know this because while I waited for my food, I witnessed the 2 employees walking around the building, looking out the windows to see how many people were in line, or rather, how many people had left the line since the last order. If I could post a picture to this review then I would show you my full meal in the trash can since my burger was as hard as a hockey puck. This should be shut down! DO NOT EAT HERE!
Stop eating at this wendy's that place is dirty. They are sales spoiled and molded food. They never have food products that they are supposed to have. Food is being cooked in half butter and half cooking grease and burnt cooking grease. They need to be inspected by They health inspector and shut down. They never clean anything in the restaurant. Instead of going through the drive-through. Go into these restaurants and see for yourself. Smell taste and check your food. Ordered via the app for pickup. When I arrived, drive thru was backed up and going slow. By the time I got to the speaker, I realized it was because nobody was being acknowledged. After waiting at the speaker for a few minutes, I parked and tried to go inside. All doors were locked and there was no sign of employees inside. There were no signs saying the location was closed.
Quintessential Indianapolis Wendy's experience. Better service than the location on meridian, while still maintaining that same unmatchable energy. Food was hot, staff was friendly, experience was entertaining. No notes.
Beware don’t visit this location the employees don’t care about anything including cleanliness. But most likely you won’t get food because they are never open. The last two times between 9-10am I stopped by and I can see employees on their phones joking and eating food while sitting around.
Now this was beyond horrible. I ordered on the mobile app and that was fine. I had to go through the drive thru and this is where it fell apart. The manager at the window was extremely rude and parked, he finally brought my food that was ice cold and wrong. Went back through and asked for all fresh food told me the food he gave me just came up and proceeded to try and argue with me. Then only remade the fries and nothing else. When I asked for a refund he told me it had to be done thru the app but customer service is closed so I am out of luck and he can't help me. Said the food was made so I have to take it. This is by far one of the worst places and the employees that were working are ridiculous and just nasty. I will not come here again Major waste of money...
