Could not get waited on in drive thru. Pulled to the window and finally got to order. Sweet tea was clear as water and cinnamon rolls were cold. Wish I could give them a1/2 star. Just lost what would have been a regular customer. I won’t be back!!
Entering this Wendy’s should come with a handwritten apology note, especially if you give your hard earned money for such an abysmal service. The wait times are bad, the food is acceptable at best (and that’s generous), and the cleanliness definitely leaves a lot to be desired. Overlooking the traumatic experience for any and all customers that have the misfortune of stepping into this building, the real catastrophe stems from management. There’s no possible arrangement I can make from the dictionary to adequately describe just how poor management truly is here. They say trouble starts at the head of the snake, and the only way to save this snake is to put it out of it’s misery.
The last 6 out of 10 times I have been to Wendy's ... My Order is not Correct. There is at Least one Item wrong, or the Hamburger(s) is not Deluxed. The sandwiches are cold, or the meat has been recooked after its set for a while. Fries are cold and hard old ... We buy for a family of 5 adults so the least we spend is 15 dollars Tonight I walk in to order for take out. No one was in front of us nor did anyone come in behind us. We waited over 15 min for our order 2 mins before we left 2 other ladies finally walked in. There was only 3 cars in drive thru. Sad thing is tonight i told the cashier how the last few times my order hasnt been right and that i wasnt complaining cause i wanted my money back or free food i just wanted this order to be right and fresh. So we thought since we waited 15 min it was going to be right and fresh and hot ...well we was wrong the 2 burgers was cold and not deluxed only onion the fries was cold the chicken nuggies was reheated and hard the bacon on the fries was hard like possible break a tooth hard no cheese on the chili cheese fries. This place has gotten is horrible... when i was handed my food i had to wait on the cashiers to take the ladies order that came in Behind me and she made their pink lemonade drink took care of them ans then git our 5 frosties together.
Every time I come here they always get something wrong or forget to put an item in my bag and I mean every single time then tonight I just waited 10 mins for my food to not even be fresh ??? And the manger complaining about his time clock just pulling everybody up but can’t even get peoples orders right. I worked at Wendy’s before nothing on there takes 10 mins to cook but to give me food that’s not fresh with only me in line is crazy do better !!!
Wow, I can’t believe you guys charge $6 for this. Looks intentional, guess the managers don’t care either.
When I have to walk through the wall of cigarette smoke in order to get into the restaurant, and, then get lied to by the person who takes my order. I asked for no cheese and no mustard . The person said they didn't put either on the sandwich I had both. I wanted to throw it at him. My husband stop me.
You gotta get credit where it's due. I had an unfortunate experience. This was from a previous visit. The lady I interacted with(GM) today was both friendly and eager to make sure I was taking care . To you and your crew, I would like to say thank you from the bottom of my stomach LO. LI shall return.
Wendy’s night shift is horrible, i waited in line for 5 mins then got to the speaker to place my order and then proceeded to wait 15 mins with no response. The line finally moved only to stop again where i then waited another 5 mins and ended up saying screw it and went to McDonalds down the road. At least they were McLoving to serve me food and take my money!
