I've seen the negative feedback about this location, but honestly... it's a nice spot. The location is busy as all get out, but the staff go out of their way to offer great customer service. The three stars in the atmosphere are due to the customers, not crew.
Ordered a Frosty and It was like milk,water and a little of Chocolate. Was not frozen but lukewarm. Do not go there. I paid 6 dollars for 2 of them. Total rip off
I went there for a fish sandwich as I'm attempting to eliminate chicken and beef from my diet. The beach location didn't have fish. They made me a fresh salad with egg , cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. It was so good. Thanks for helping me.
I ordered food for my son and I, then had to take him to the bathroom. The bathroom was filthy. The commode had feces stain and regrettably, he had to pee there as the only urinal was too high for him. The floor was filthy, trash can overflowing, and the general conditions warranted the place be closed by the sanitation department. On our way out of the bathroom, there was evidence of puke on the wall between the female and male bathrooms in the passage. That's not all. The area by the drink dispensers were wet and most of the dining tables weren't wiped down after customers left. I'll never visit this location again!
Wendy's down by the Oceanfront... Hmmm. Rainy day looking for something to eat and hurry back to work, Wendy's will do. Not too many customers inside this particular day (probably due to the rain) but the drive through was packed. Perfect for the area and getting and going.
OMG, Never had Wendy's breakfast, drive thru moment on the way home, chicken w/bacon on croissant, with breakfast potatoes & drink. Honestly the best, hot, potatoes so good.
Forget McDonald's, I will be back Wendy's, maybe tomorrow.
Do not ever try to go to this Wendy's. On Dec 27, 2023 we ordered, as did numerous customers and the workers abandoned their customers and never gave anyone their food but charged their cards. We ended up leaving because all workers left after proclaiming several expletives out loud to customers. Never experienced such horrid service. This place is clearly poorly managed.
So giving two stars bc my first visit was good. 2nd visit, worst experience ever. Friends and i came into lobby to order. No one on register. It was about 5 ppl in the back working on drive thru. No one communicated with us that they were only doing drive thru nor told us we should order through the app. So we eventually took the hint and ordered through the app. Turns out there were no chocolate frostys or baked potatoes. When our food was ready no employee ever informed us of the missing items. Thank goodness one of my friends noticed they were missing items. The women says "idk how to refund and we are all out but we have vanilla frosty." We were just confused as to why alternatives werent offered to us knowing they didnt have the initial item. So friend got the vanilla frosty and the rest of us got our fries comped. Food was cold as well. Just be prepared when you go in.
