Do not order take out y'all. They simply don't care because they don't have to deal with you and refuse to give compensation for this nonsense. Why are they allowed to give up hard cold food? To top it off they didn't even fill the fries. Like 5 cold hard fries only. Rather insulting to customer. Night shift is going to get people sick and mad. I ordered through door dash. This second time this happened with food quality from here. I gave them another chance. Now I regret it. Never again.
Tonight was not their best work. I was asked to leave drive thru and wait for my food at front door. Neither my sandwich nor my fries were hot. So why did it take so long for me to get my food? I clearly wasn’t waiting for something to be cooked. The sandwich a son of baconator was half the size it was the last time I ordered it, dry and flavorless. I was thoroughly disappointed.
Walking into the building KIARA. Greeting me with a smile and a friendly welcome. She is the epitome of a great worker and also presenting me with a great smile. She made my experience so wonderful Wendy's will definitely one of my frequent locations as long as she's here. Thank you very much Wendys. ❣️????
I guess all the reviews are the same for this location. I am not sure if the owner/manager is stealing but check your receipts. Outside the price is one thing, when I got to the window to ask why my bill was higher than its suppose to be, the young lady at the window said guess they did not think yall would trip over .70.
The people at the window responds was the manager told them to upgrade every order unless they were told not to.??.

Simply manipulating the clock on the drive thru with the back and forward for the sensor . So dance for the sensor AFTER.
Waiting and average of 45 minutes at a minimum!!!!!!

Sundays they just Stop working. I guess everyone was on brake at the same time.
Bathrooms where not clean, but everything else was ok. Located on 441 in a plaza.
Ordered a small biggie bag which is $5.35. They said they have no soda, only lemonade & bottle water so I got lemonade. It came to $6.61. I have never in 30+ years ever heard of Wendys not having soda. Sounds like a scam the manager has going. These days $1.25 can go in my gas tank. Wake up Wendys manager!!
I guess the stars speak for themselves. I've actually been sitting on line at the drive thru for 20min now. I'm at the order speaker and the girl came and went and said one moment. It's been 10min since. I wait just to see what happens and they have the salad I need with the tea I drink. So disappointing. This place us always busy, not sure what's happening inside this place but avoid it of you can. Apparently the owners could care less. Since it's always busy anyway.
