Wow, I'm in my 40s and this is just about the best run fast food place I've ever been to... the staff is always friendly, efficient, and the food's terrific.... Big shout out not just to the great employees but they must have fantastic ownership/management too for it to be so consistently awesome! Was never really a Wendy's guy that much, but now I sure am, mainly down to how much better the experience here is compared to all the other local fast food places... thanks so much, you're appreciated!!
We go here usually during the week when we don’t feel like cooking. The staff is always super nice and helpful. Went in tonight because I wanted the DC meal toys but only wanted the toys. They rung me up for 1.29 apple slices for each toy that way I didn’t have to buy the whole meal. They also helped me get a complete set of the figures. Super helpful and the actual food I ordered this time (a taco salad) was bussin! 10/10 Wendy’s give these people a raise!
This is by far the best Wendy's I've been to, and I've crossed the Continental US, having burgers every so often, most times a Wendy's. The food is never greasy, the ingredients are always fresh, the staff is friendly and polite. The restaurant is clean, and has no foul odors.
I recommend this Wendy's over all others. If you're close enough to have some, and haven't yet, then you're missing out.
Food was good but cashier charged me the wrong amount, then manager lied and told me my card declined insted of just admitting they made a mistake, probably would have just left it alone if they charged me more insted of less for my food. Then they over filled my soda so theres extra on top of the lid so it spilled in my car.
Good Wendy's in Burien, parking in this area can be tight though. The food was good and served quickly employees seem friendly. I usually choose Wendy's for fast food because they have a higher quality than others.
Matt makes it all better. He is a light hearted man that cares about everyone. Makes your day to visit this Wendy's drive thru when Matt is working. He is a great man.
I went about 430 today I was really disappointed you know wasn't that all the food was bad it was just the chili was not that good you know and that's pretty that's a major part of the meal I think and I doctor too stars for that because you know I thought it was watery and I just didn't think it was that good and so I would have avoided getting the chilling unless you're sure it's fresh you know I think they just put it some water in there and it's time you know and I think it's too spicy now it was very spicy So anyway enjoy your day.
Good food and great service. From the person who took the order and payment to the take out window who handed you the food. Friendly, good attitude employees. Food fresh and hot and a Great time for a peppermint frosty while available during the season.
