Ordered $40 worth of sandwiches in the drive thru and they forgot the most expensive sandwich. It was 1130pm and by the time we got home and realized what happened we call 5 times and they never picked up the phone. The phone would ring 10 times and then immediately go to a busy signal, no voice-mail to leave a message with info; no chance of getting reimbursed. Definitely wasn't going to drive back out there at midnight.
Bought a double with cheese cheese was not even melted. The hamburger itself you could tell I’ve been sitting there for quite a while before it was assembled got one of the new orange frosty. It was more like orange whipped cream. It had no face to it at all. I’m not eaten at Wendy’s for six or seven years. The quality was so bad, I will never eat there again the worst food I ever
I gave one star, but if I could have given zero stars, I would have every time I go to this Wendy’s they never have anything that’s on the menu. The food is always cold and not prepared correctly. The staff is always extremely rude. Every time I go the way, usually 20 minutes in a drive-through, and I seen the person at the window, handing me my food, picking their burgers while trying to hand out the window .. Today after not eating there for probably two years I thought let me stop by and get some Wendy’s. They didn’t have chicken nuggets. They don’t have chocolate Frosty. I’m surprised this should be shut down. By the board of health
Please do not waste your time at this location. I have been at this location quite a few times, they don’t have sauces, they don’t have nuggets, they don’t have food! Just don’t go! Told the lady today maybe your manager should reach out to get “food” ordered in a timely manner. Lady responded “you’re talking to the manager”. She felt proud to be in her position as a bad manager I guess, just sad. I let them know forget it! I will take my money else where! Stop being upset with customers who get annoyed by coming to a facility that states they have this and that but do not! That is false advertising!
Wow!! The owner of this place should be ASHAMED of him or herself whomever it is…..there’s no way in the world a place like this should STILL be in business with all these bad reviews and horrible pictures!! It just goes to show all they care about is the money just like the rest of these businesses!!!! Yesterday me and my children had an horrible experience with this place, we were served OLD dried stribbled meat and bacon on hard buns without a care in the world of serving them to us and or what it could do to us!!! After I informed the “YOUNG” manager that was on duty named N****n that I wanted a refund for everything, he NEVER once tried to fix the problem in ANY type of way like a real trained professional worker would’ve done!!!! Especially after it being the restaurants fault!!! This place lost 4 customers and I pray it loses more until it gets together all the way and respect it’s customers who makes it possible for this place to stay in business!!!! My wife and I got the Dave's double and the buns were definitely not fresh as well as the lettuce. But I will say the guy at the window was respectful and professional. Not sure I will go back to this one again. This isn't the first time for dry old buns.
This place always has a list of things they are out of. Bacon? Really? Let me guess you had no idea you needed it. How can you run a business when you can not even order what you need to run it? ???? as I look at all of the other reviews just shut it down seriously. Obviously we went elsewhere because you know they can't make anything with no ingredients but I am sure the employees love it right when you drive up ok here is a list of the items we don't have, oh you don't want anything now? Cool bye now
Very rude as if you are the inconvenience. When we got to the window, the food was shoved at us. Don’t bother asking for the manager. As the rudest person was the manager. (On her ID tag) I love Wendy’s but personally I won’t be back to this location again.
