Men's Restroom is disgusting!!!!!!???? It appears as if it hasn't been cleaned in at least a year. I'm definitely making a call to the health department. If the restroom is nasty, how can the people handling your food clean their hands?
Asked for baconator fries and they gave me this, I just went through the drive thru 5 mins ago and yes I'm pissed because now I'm home
I just got the apple chicken salad and I am struggling to find a good piece of lettuce in the entire Bowl that's not brown or not a center stem... for $7 I could have went in and got a fresh salad off the Kroger salad bar but I always like Wendy's salads .. however this is disappointing and just bad customer service. This salad should have never left the store in this condition. It's not showing the photos that I upload so I do have some if anyone's curious.
I am delighted with the food. And I of course expect the dining area to be a mess just because that’s how it can be. I don’t appreciate the lights being turned out on us when the workers could’ve came up to us and said that the dining closes at 10. It’s rude and inconsiderate to turn off the lights on us like that.
It was nothing special. The buns where dry and a little stale, but it was 11pm and was almost closing time so what can you expect.
Please please please double check the order, only 3 cars in the drive thru
How can you mess up the order.
Food was poorly made and sauces were missing. And the girl at the drive thru seemed like she had an attitude on her face and didn’t say a single word. Don’t plan to come back but maybe it was just a bad day
The bathroom was disgusting. Today was a hot day and there is no ice in the soda machine. Soda is hot and I had to go back up to the counter 3 times to get my drinks, food and frosty. And had to ask for a cup of ice. Staff was unfriendly and showed irritation at having to help me so much. Well, if they had given me everything I ordered I would not have bothered them again. Paid for soda and am drinking water because the soda was gross and flat. Will not be coming back
