I have eaten at better Wendy's locations. First, outside there was a sign advertising the pull-apart Cinnabon, claiming that it was "Available All Day", but when we went inside, we were told that they only serve them in the morning. After we ordered we, sat to wait and were told we would be called when the food was done. However, we sat waiting for a while before realizing that our food was done, and no one ever called us to tell us that our order was ready. Other than these issues the food was good.
Store was dirty. They were out of alot of soda flavors. I asked a cup of cheese sauce and got a cup of shredded cheese.. what the he'll wendys... won't be back here... how can you mess that up???
This company is one of the last affordable places to eat on a budget. Especially feeding children. This location was clean and had great service. Will definitely return!
I ordered and when pulling up to the drive thru I was trying to pay with my phone and I was told that they don't accept NFC Payments which I Was Suprised To Find That Out And It 2023, They're Way Behind. There Parking Lot Is Very Unpleasant As There Are Potholes, Uneven Areas, And Trash Throughout The Lot. There Also Is No Lighting At Night Which Is Super Unsafe. Both Recent Visits The Inside Was Closed At An Unreasonable Time Being Too Early ( Between 6:30-7:45 ) The drive thru service was fast and prompt and professional. He got Customers paid out and there food in a quick pace.
Need to fix a few important things to get my vote.
THE WORST!! I couldn't even eat because we sat in line for 20 minutes and not one of the four cars in front of me moved one inch. After reading the reviews I decided I had to ask the car behind me to let me out. Myself and the three other cars left.
You think corporate would take into consideration the hundreds of awful comments left about this place!!
Discovered they have sausage and Biscuits and it's very good and a bonus is it's cheap. Also, on the bargain menu there is a chicken bacon sandwich that is very good. Can't go wrong at Wendy's!
If you are in the Bradenton area and want Wendy's. Do not go to this one, you won't get what you ordered and you will have to ask for your change. Go to the Wendy's on Cortez Road West. The service will be better.
I can't comment on the food because try as I might. No one would come to the drive-thru window. It was just after 6: 30, so I drove around it twice. Got out of my car and went to see if they were open for dine-in, so I could just order inside. Shook the locked door so they would know someone was trying to get their attention. Drove back through the drive-thru stopping at the order sign and the window for at least 3 minutes each time and calling out Hello and asking if they were open. Which they clearly were because it was past 6:30 the sign was on, and people were inside. This is not the first time this has happened, or the second or the third. I keep promising myself I won't bother but I prefer Wendy's breakfast and this is the only one that's convenient in my commute. I'm sure the incompetence here hands off a lot of business to Wawa and dunkin' donuts and McDonald's which are all right around the corner.
