First the drive thru wasn’t working so I parked n went inside The store had nothing I wanted settled for a simple biggie bag no onion no mustard n a Dave double both combo and 2 medium size drinks n 2 medium frosty
What I got was
Biggie bag all good was cold
Had onion and mustard
1 medium cup
Cold cheese fries
1 medium frosty
1small frosty
When I asked for my order to be remade and corrected only employee yassin was willing to help no one was helping this kid and he was doing everything while host Jeremiah and other employees laughed in the back
It's fast food. Decent prices on the Biggie Bags compared to other fast food chains. The soda machine took some figuring out with its finicky push button menu that took a minute to even start working.
It's been the 3rd time there is an item missing which leaded me to write the bad review!
I always try to check it and I managed to tell them once for an item missing but usually my order is big cause we're a family of 5 and I promised my self it's the last time better drive 4 miles further
Amazing customer service. Their food is actually fresh like they claim. Other wendy's including the one in newport richey, Their food is never fresh.It is always cold and their customer service is poor. So i highly thank you for fresh food. This store is 27 minutes out of my way, but I came here for fresh food and I got it.Thank you.
5:40 PM on 3-21-2024. The “manager”. (very young kid with curly hair) Refused to accept a valid Wendy’s coupon. He told me his GM directed him NOT to take coupons. Staff were very nice and not rude at all. Nevertheless, it is unacceptable to flat out refuse valid coupons. The penny-pinching GM needs to rethink his strategy before he loses more customers.
It blows my mind that when it says closed at 2 .... they constantly close well before that. Is there anything that monitors closings? I mean if it says closed at 2 ... you need to commit to that. People have to drive to you and expect a level of service. They will find other business like McDonald's that does honor its hours.
Literally was in line for 20 minutes, they claimed they had a glitch in their system but when we pulled up to the window there was 5 employees having a conversation instead of working and then it took another 5 minutes to get 3 cokes and a sandwich. Ridiculous. Never again. My food got cold and they forgot the straws and the drink holders. Do better!

The lady two time the beef forget about it
Now I’m asking WHERE ID THE BEEF!!!
If you want fresh beef do order their hamburgers nothing like it used to be
I ordered a double cheeseburger what I got on two different occasions was a double hockey puck it flat hard tasted and looked like three day old dried hockey pucks
No more Wendy’s for me
Such a wast of disability money ????
