Out of all the fast food drive throughs, Wendy's takes the longest for service & has twice the amount of workers !
Their friendly, food is excellent,
But why does it take soooooo long for service with that many employees?????
I've been there a few times, so it wasn't just one bad day.
I ordered a chicken wrap and the chicken wrap was missing lettuce and ranch? So I went back to have it fixed and to get another mobile order for a friend. I told the person working drive thru about the wrap and also gave them the name on my mobile order. The worker said that they were going to give me the lettuce and the ranch on the side. I asked, why would you give me the lettuce and ranch on the side. They told me to pull up. When I pulled up to the drive through window, the manager opened the window and said yes, without my order. I said I need my order. He said, do not come here demanding things. I said how am I demanding things for something I paid for. Then he said you don't have to have attitude. I said I do not have an attitude, you have the attitude and I just want my order please, also my wrap is messed up. He said well, I'm gonna get your order so you could get out my line. I said. Can I please have my order? He slams the drive to Door in my Face. They Finally Gave me my Order, hopefully without spit. They Forgot my drink. I asked for my drink for the order that I place on the mobile app. They act like they had attitude about that too. I don't know what the issue is for these employees to give people their order if they paid for it. Why do I have to beg for food I paid for. I don't know why the manager got mad because I ask for my order that I paid for through the app. I'm asking them for food that I paid for and for them to do their job and I do not appreciate the manager being rude to me. They messed up my order and I asked them to fix it. I will never be going to this Wendy's again. Especially if that manager is working. It seemed like they saw a black woman pull up to the drive through and they instantly got an attitude.
Went to this Wendy's on September 3rd and ordered a chicken sandwich. I got about 1/3 into my sandwich when I found a hair. It is definitely not mine because I had pull this hair out of the sandwich when I took a bite and it had food hanging off of it. I had reached out to customer service shortly after and was told someone from the store would get back to me. A week went by and I got no response. I reached back out to customer service and they told me my case would be escalated and I should receive a response. It's been almost a whole month now and NOBODY will get back to me. I have sent several emails, tried Facebook, and Twitter. I was getting email responses at first, but they appear to be ignoring me now, probably hoping I will just go away. This is not okay and this is thoroughly disgusting. I couldn't even finish my sandwich. I like to go to Wendy's over other fast food places, but not anymore
All dinning doors are locked at 4pm. Drive thru order took over 15 minutes and incorrect. Additional 5 minutes. Poor food and service.
On March 26, 2024 at 1230pm the cashier does not seem to know what she is doing and keeps wiping her nose with her hand while getting people's food. I saw her hands touch the French fries and chicken nuggets with her hands that had snot on them.
Meh. Eating inside took forever as they prioritize the drive thru. Also chicken nugget doesn't seem well cooked.
How can you sell soda and everything on the machine is out, then ask for a refund and denied. I forgot to mention the place was dirty.
We tried this Wendy's. It was pretty good. Better than the one in the falls.
The first drive through window girl was just wanting to leave and was swearing f@#$% every other word, with the window open.
The boy that finished our order was kind and wiped off our cups, the previous girl left sticky. Our order was correct after she left. But we timed from order to received was 17 minutes.
Don't eat the baked potatoes, they are dry ,tiny, and hard. My 1/2 salad was 4.99 and was the size of a McDonald's side salad.(pic to follow) but everything else was good.
My husband had the baconator and enjoyed it.
I know fast food, what can you expect? But we all work hard for our money, just would like to get what you pay for...and with a little courtesy to the people spending that money, giving you a job.
